Das Zimmer ist geräumig rechteckig geschnitten mit Holzparkett und zwei Fenstern. Vor dem Fenster zum Vorderhaus raus steht ein großer Baum, es ist trotzdem ziemlich hell, aber man hat ein bisschen Sichtschutz zwischen den beiden Häusern. Das Zimmer ist im Moment nicht möbliert, falls eine Möblierung gebraucht wird, können wir gerne beim Möbelsuchen helfen!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und voller Pflanzen, wir haben einen großen Garten und die Nachbarschaft im Haus ist sehr schön familiär.
The room is spacious with wooden parquet floor and two windows. There is a large tree in front of the window facing the front building, it is still quite bright, but there is a bit of privacy between the two houses. The room is not furnished at the moment, if furniture is needed, we can help you find furniture!
The apartment is very cozy and full of plants, we have a large garden and the neighborhood in the house is very friendly.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhaus mitten in der Südvorstadt, ist sehr ruhig und friedlich, mit Garten und trotzdem mitten in der Stadt.
The apartment is in a rear building in the middle of Südvorstadt, it's very quiet and peaceful, with a garden and still in the middle of the city.
Wir sind Jo (they/sie) und Franz (they/er). Franz lebt dauerhaft in Leipzig und ist freischaffender Figurentheatermacher, Jo studiert in Stuttgart Figurentheater und ist im Moment noch nur am Wochenende und in den Semesterferien in Leipzig. Wir haben seit zwei Jahren eine Fernbeziehung, bei der wir beide immer mal hin und her pendeln. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die Lust hat, für ca. ein Jahr (dann ist Jo in Stuttgart fertig) mit uns zusammen zu wohnen. Wir sind beide ziemlich introvertiert und geübt in klarer Kommunikation, verbringen viel Zeit zuhause und im Garten (Franz arbeitet auch viel von Zuhause aus), und würden uns voll freuen, wenn wir jemanden finden, der*die diesen schönen Ort mit uns genießen möchte. Falls du nicht so viel zuhause bist oder nicht permanent in Leipzig lebst, können wir uns das auch gut vorstellen.
We are Jo (they/sie) and Franz (they/er). Franz lives permanently in Leipzig and is a freelance theater maker, Jo studies puppet theater in Stuttgart and is currently only in Leipzig on weekends and during the semester breaks. We have been in a long-distance relationship for two years, during which we both commute back and forth from time to time. We are searching for someone who would like to live with us for about a year (then Jo will be done in Stuttgart). We're both quite introverted and good at clear communication, spend a lot of time at home and in the garden (Franz also works from home a lot), and would be delighted to find someone who wants to enjoy this beautiful place with us. If you are not at home that much or do not live permanently in Leipzig, that would be fine with us as well.
