Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß (vielleicht sogar ein Stück mehr), sehr gemütlich mit hohen Decken und Stuck. Zwei große Fenster lassen dich jeden Morgen mit Sonnenstrahlen aufwachen.
Die Wohnung an sich verfügt über eine Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und angrenzendem Balkon. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung praktischerweise über zwei Bäder.

The room is about 20 sqm (maybe even a bit more), very cosy with high ceilings and stucco. Two large windows let you wake up every morning with sun rays.
The flat itself has a kitchen with dishwasher and adjoining balcony. Furthermore, the flat has two bathrooms.
Wir befinden uns hier im Leipziger Süden, zwischen der Innenstadt und Connewitz. Alle wichtigen Ziele sind super schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Du hast direkten Anschluss an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, kannst aber auch ganz locker mit dem Fahrrad in alle Stadtteile in ca. 15 Minuten fahren.
In ca. 20 Minuten ist man an den wunderschönen Seen im Leipziger Süden; mehrere Parks und der Auwald sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt um die Ecke verläuft die Karli, auf der du kulinarisch bestens versorgt wirst und auch abends entspannt das ein oder andere Getränk zu dir nehmen kannst.

We are located here in the south of Leipzig, between the city centre and Connewitz. All important destinations are super quick and easy to reach. You have direct access to public transport, but can also easily cycle to all parts of the city in about 15 minutes.
In about 20 minutes you can be at the beautiful lakes in the south of Leipzig; several parks and the Auwald forest are also in the immediate vicinity. Right around the corner is the Karli, where you will be well catered for and can also enjoy a drink or two in the evening.
Hier wohnen derzeit Vincent (30), Erik (23) und Milena (26), deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen. Vincent ist gerade als Zwischenmieter für David (32) hier, der im August von seinem 1jährigen Brasilien-Aufenthalt zurückkehrt.
Kurz zu uns persönlich: Erik ist Student und halber Handball-Profi; mit ihm hättest du jemanden, der sich deinen sportlichen Aktivitäten immer anschließen würde.
Milena widmet sich ihrem Studium der Kulturwissenschaften und geht mit dir gerne am Wochenende auf einen Flohmarkt und guten Kaffee trinken. Vincent promoviert gerade an der Uni im Fachbereich VWL.
Wir alle probieren unseren Alltag zwischen Jobs, Uni und Freuden des Lebens zu händeln. Auch wenn wir tagsüber oft unterwegs sind, freuen wir uns, wenn wir uns zu Hause ab und an auf ein gemeinsames Abendessen treffen. Unser WG-Leben ist recht entspannt; uns ist ein harmonisches Miteinander wichtig, genauso wie Rückzugszeiten akzeptiert werden.

Vincent (30), Erik (23) and Milena (26)vcurrently live here. Vincent is currently here as an interim tenant for David (32), who will return from his 1-year stay in Brazil in August.
Erik is a student and handball player; with him you would have someone who would always join you in your sporting activities.
Milena is dedicated to her studies in cultural studies and enjoys going to a flea market and drinking good coffee with you at the weekend. Vincent is currently doing his doctorate in economics at university.
We all try to manage our daily lives between jobs, university and life's pleasures. Even though we are often on the road during the day, we are happy to meet up at home for dinner every now and then. Our flat-sharing life is quite relaxed; harmonious togetherness is important to us, just as retreat times are accepted.
Ich würde gerne die große Massivholzkommode, das Bett (ohne Matratze), die Rollos und das angebrachte Wandregal (sowie dasselbe nur noch nicht andere Wand befestigt) gegen eine Ablöse da lassen. Können aber auch nochmal darüber reden und es finden sich im Zweifel sicher Abnehmer über Ebay-Kleinanzeigen.
