Es handelt sich hierbei um ein WG-Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Daneben gibt es ein geräumiges Bad, eine große Küche sowie einen Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und kostet mit allem drum und dran (Warmmiete, Strom, Internet und GEZ) insgesamt 397 € im Monat. Die Warmmiete beträgt dabei 342 €. Jeder hat mit dem Vermieter einen eigenen Mietvertrag. 50 € zahlst du demnach an mich für Strom, Internet und GEZ. Von meinem im September ausgezogenen Mitbewohner habe ich für 75 € insgesamt einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Waschmaschine übernommen. Bei Mitnutzung ist eine Mitbeteiligung von 37,50 € gewünscht. Einzug ist ab sofort möglich. Ein späterer Einzug bis spätestens Juli ist auch kein Problem.

Die WG liegt in Leipzig-Volkmarsdorf in der Nähe des Torgauer Platzes. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellte ist demnach nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. In der Nähe liegt auch die Eisenbahnstraße mit vielen Bars, Geschäften..etc... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Kaufland und Netto sind auch um die Ecke

Da mein Mitbewohner im September ausgezogen ist, wäre ich dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner. Ich arbeite als Servicekraft und als Freiberufler. Zudem spiele ich Gitarre, koche gerne und gehe viel in Clubs sowie auf Konzerte. Rauchen in der Wohnung (auch im Zimmer) ist nicht erwünscht.
