Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, eine okay große Küche (also mit Tisch an dem man zu dritt auch gut sitzen kann), Bad und Balkon und ist auch mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 20 qm und liegt zur Ludwigstraße, zwar nicht zur Sonnenseite, aber mit den zwei Fenstern sollte aber dennoch genug Licht reinkommen. Über die genaue Berechnung des Zimmerpreises habe ich keine Ahnung, aber alles in allem wären es 300 Euro. Es ist "normal" rechteckig geschnitten.
The flat has three rooms, a big enough kitchen (with a table and space large enough for 3 people to easily hang out), bathroom and balcony and all necessary equipment you need. The room is about 20 square meters the and is directed towards Ludwigstraße. Eventhough its not directed towards the sunny side, with its to windows, it has enough light. I dont know the exact calculation of the rent for the room, but all in all its 300 Euro. It has a common, rectabgular shape.
Die Wohnung liegt nah am Torgauer Platz und damit noch im Eisenbahnstraßenkiez und ist gut mit der Tram zu erreichen. Mit den Fahrrad ist man auch schnell im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in unmittelbarer Entfernung, als auch Imbissläden, Kneipen usw.
The flat is close to the tram stop Torgauer Platz and is still centered in the Eisenbahnstraßenkiez and so good to be reached by tram. You can also go by bike fast to the city center. supermarkets, as well as restaurants and bars are all in close distance, as well as parks.
Wir sind zu zweit, Markus, 30 und Julia , 38. Zur Zeit sind wir beide viel draußen unterwegs, es ist immerhin Sommer. Wenn wir zu Hause sind quatschen wir auch gerne mal ne Runde oder trinken Kaffee zusammen. Generell sind unsere Tage etwas voll, trotzdem ist uns ein gewisses Level an geteiltem Interesse und politischer Haltung wichtig. Deswegen suchen wir jemanden, der_die all die autoritären Ideologien der gegenwärtigen Gesellschaft ablehnt und um ein nettes Miteinander bemüht ist. Auch wäre wichtig, dass in der Wohnung, v.a. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen auf Alkohol verzichtet wird. Allerdings rauchen wir beide, wären aber bereit das von der Küche auch auf den Balkon zu verschieben, wenn das stört.

Eventhough we both have our differing daily structure, we are interested in someone we can have a good time sharing the flat with and are looking for a common level of interest in one each other, as well as political stance. So we are looking for people, who as well rejects all the authoritarian ideologies of the present society and who is interested in a solidaric way of living together.

Important to mention is fuerhermore, that there shouldnt be alcohol in the common spaces. We do smoke, in case this is a problem, wie are willing to step on the balcony instead.
