in your future room windows are facing towards a backyard, which makes the room super quiet. The room is brigh, but, unfortunately, never gets sunny. There is a built-in closet (see pictures).
In our flat we have a bathroom with a bathtub and there is also a washing machine. We don’t have a common space, but our cozy kitchen is serving just fine for the purpose :)
Our flat is situated in the heart of Leipzig-east. There are great parks (Rabet amd Mariannenpark) around, a lot of different options for a grocery shopping (Konsum, Aldi, Netto and a lot of international stores) and also there are plenty great places to have a meal or have a drink.
In our wg we respect interests and privacy of each other. But there is always a place for a beer or a meal together. Playing board games or watching movies together also happens occasionally. We try to care about environment as much as we can and we definitely don’t care for any kind of intolerance.
