Three room apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with balcony.
I am renting out one of the bedrooms, which is 10m2 and is furnished with a single bed and mattress (90x200cm), a bed side table with lamp, curtains and a 3-door wardrobe. The room´s window is facing north-east of Leipzig and is quite peaceful.
The apartment has a great location with Netto, Tedi, Hermes, DHL as well as a pharmacy, a flower shop and a bakery right under the building. There are four tram connections (trams 1, 3, 8 and 7) within 6 minutes walking distance that leads to Leipzig main central station in 10 minutes and the city center in 7 minutes. There is also a bus stop (bus 70) within 3 minutes walking distance.
There are multiple restaurants of various cuisines, Turkish/Arabic/Indian supermarkets and Spätis within 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a park (Stadtteilpark Rabet) within 2 minutes walking distance, which has a jogging and cycling track, football and basketball courts, and small areas for skating and calisthenics.
Beside all this around, it is still a very quiet and peaceful area with clean surroundings.
You will be living with me as your flatmate :). I am from Pakistan and have been living in Germany since the last 6 years now. I recently shifted to Leipzig from Braunschweig. I am working as a process engineer with Amazon and am in between home-office and going to office situation. I am friendly, clean and super organized. I am always ready for a chat over a cup of coffee/tea or playing board games in the evenings whenever it is possible. In summers I like to keep myself occupied with some sports like badminton and jogging.

The common areas are already furnished with sofa, TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc.. As mentioned, the flat is on the 4th floor with a lift. There is also a cellar in the basement. Parking places are easily available around the building, and if required, a private parking space can also be booked in the garage.
The preferred way of communication is through wg-gesucht messaging. Online-viewing of the room is also possible via Zoom!
