Wir haben ein schönes, unmöbliertes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG zu vermieten, da unser langjähriger Mitbewohner auszieht. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Norden Richtung Mariannenstraße. Dadurch, dass wir im 4. OG Wohnen ist es sehr hell und ruhig. Es ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und fast quadratisch geschnitten. Wie alle Zimmer hat es neu verlegten Holzdielenboden und alte Holzfenster.
We have a nice, unfurnished room for rent in our 3-person shared flat, as our long-time flatmate is moving out. The room faces north towards Mariannenstraße. Because we live on the 4th floor, it is very bright and quiet. It is 16 square metres large and almost squared in shape. Like all rooms, it has a new wooden floor and old wooden windows.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Parallelstraße zur geschäftigen Eisenbahnstraße. Dort befinden sich auch die Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Supermärkte, viele Bars, Imbisse, Friseurläden und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
Die Straßenbahn ist in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, zum Hauptcampus der Universität braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten. Der Mariannenpark ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, das Rabet in 5 Minuten.
The apartment is situated in a pretty and calm side street to the busy Eisenbahnstraße. There you will find the tram lines, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers.
You can reach the main station in 6 minutes by tram. The university campus is 15 bike minutes away. The closest park will be the Rabet where you'll be in 5 minutes by foot. The Mariannenpark is 10 minutes away.
Wir sind eine eher familiäre WG und wohnen schon lange zusammen. Wir sind Rosa, angehende Ärztin, und Martin, Informatik- und Politikwissenschaftsstudent. Wir teilen in der WG alles, was sich in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Wäschekammer) befindet, also auch Lebensmittel. Unsere Ausgaben gleichen wir dann zum Monatsende aus. Wir essen gerne gemeinsam zu Abend, leben aber ansonsten im Alltag recht selbstständig in unserem jeweiligen Rhythmus. Wir sind eine eher ruhige WG, laden aber auch gerne Menschen zu uns ein und freuen uns über Besuch.
Es ist gut möglich, dass wir beide in den kommenden Monaten zeitweise nicht in Leipzig sein werden und wir unsere Zimmer dementsprechend ab und zu untervermieten werden. Trotzdem liegt unser beider Lebensmittelpunkt hier in Leipzig.
Wir sind offen für Menschen jeder Herkunft und jeden Genders; ist ja klar, hauptsache wir verstehen uns!
We have been living together for several years and are thus quite familiar with each other. We are R. who just finished her medical studies, and M., a student of computer science and political science. We share everything in the communal rooms (bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room), including food. We then even out the expenses at the end of each month. We enjoy eating dinner together and having friends over, but otherwise we live quite independently in our own daily rhythm.
It is quite possible that we will both be away from Leipzig now and then in the coming months and that we will sublet our rooms accordingly from time to time. Nevertheless, both of our lives will be centred here in Leipzig.
