wir suchen ein neues Mitbewohni in unserer wunderschönen Wohnung.
Dein Zimmer liegt – mit Blick auf die Eisenbahnstrasze – auf der Nordseite der Wohnung. Wenn du dir doch mal üppig die Sonne in’s Gesicht scheinen lassen willst, purzel doch einfach durch deine Tür in das geräumige Wohnzimmer auf der Süd-Seite und dessen Balkon.
Das Zimmer hat – wie die gesamte Butze – einen schön-knarzigen Dielenboden, eine Backsteinwand und ist mit 15m² nicht das kleinste in der Wohnung.
Den »West-Flügel« der WG bewohnst du mit Linn nebst den beiden Gemeinschaftsräumen — der großen Wohnküche und dem WoZi.
Den kürzesten Weg hast du zu den zwei Bädern — eins mit Tür und eins mit Vorhang.
Die Wohnung ist eine Ausbauwohnung. Viel haben wir schon gemacht aber viel ist auch noch zu tun - wie zum Beispiel eine weitere Badtür ;). Das bietet dir viel Raum dich kreativ und gestalterisch auszutoben. Schön wäre es wenn du auch schon ein bisschen Bauerfahrung – oder die Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit einer Gruppe welche zu sammeln – mitbringst.

Hello we are 5 people living together and looking for a new flatmate.
The room is towards Eisenbahnstreet on the northside of the flat. If you wanna go sungazing you can sit on the balcony or in the cozy livingroom.
The room has a wooden floor and is 15m² big.
Next to it is the big kitchen, a cozy livingroom and two bathrooms - one with door and one without. The flat is a »Aubauwohnung«. That means we renovated the whole flat by ourself and we still have some stuff to do. It would be great if you have some expirence in carpenting / building DIY stuff or the willingness to learn / interact in a mixed group.
Die WG liegt inmitten des Trubels vom Eisi-Kiez – Tram vor der Tür, unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis, Bars und internationale Lebensmittel.
The flat is located in the middle of the lively Eisenbahnstraße – tram in front of the door, hundreds of opportunities for shopping, spätis, bars and super nice food at every corner.
Insgesamt leben wir zu fünft in unserer wunderschönen WG.

Wir sind ein wuseliger Haufen, der gerne viel Zeit zusammen verbringt , trotzdem legen wir auch viel Wert auf unsere persönlichen Freiräume und brauchen immer mal wieder Zeit für uns. Unsere Küche ist oft der Ort um beim Früh- oder Spätstück gemeinsam in den Tag zu starten. Danach wird manchmal ein wenig studiert oder gearbeitet oder öfter auch einfach der ganze Tag im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon bei Kaffee und Kippe und oder bei Diskussionen über linksversiffte Themen (≠ nahost), Musik oder alles andere verquatscht. Sollte das mal nicht möglich sein wird das spätestens im meist wöchentlichen Plenum nachgeholt. Da werden dann auch unsere legendären Spielabende und Baukationen geplant. Abends treffen wir uns öfter bei gemeinsamen Bieren in der WG oder ziehen im Osten rum auf Jagd nach Konzerten oder einem Platz in der Kneipe. Wenn du dich musikalisch austoben willst, stehen dir bei uns einige Instrumente und die nötige Technik zu Verfügung.
Noch ein wenig Orga-Kram zum Abschluss:
Wir haben eine geteilte Gemüsekiste aber keinen Kühlschrankkommunismus, teilen und kochen aber gerne zusammen. Putzplan ist existent (und wird regelmäßig von Spinnweben befreit).
WICHTIG ZU WISSEN: Wir rauchen überall — wenn das ein Problem für dich darstellt, sind wir nicht deine WG!

We are a bunch of quircks. we enjoy spending time together nevertheless we appriciate each others personal spaces. Our kitchen invites for extended breakfasts or delayed brunches to enter a new day. Afterwards people sometimes study or work on their projects and more sometimes we just spend some time together in the living room drinking coffees & smoking cigarettes or debating on leftist topics (≠ middle east), musics or whatsoever…
If we dont find the time to come together we catch up during our (mostly) weekly plenum planning our legendary game nights and building actions. In the evenings we often meet in the flat for a beer or scatter thru the east of Leipzig on a hunt for the next concert or a place at the next bar.
If you wanna make music there are a bunch of instruments and equipment provided in the flat.
some organizational stuff for completion:
We have a shared "Gemüsekiste" from a farm around Leipzig but we have our personal food. Overall we like sharing and cooking together. And we have a Plan for cleaning the flat.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: We are smoking everywhere - if thats a problem, this is not the flat you are searching for.
