Hey, we will start a WG to 1.8 and would have a room until the beginning of October to allocate.
The room has 12sqm and is relatively bright. Since we are new to the apartment, it can be the first few days a little stressful due to the move. In the room we can definitely provide a clean mattress. All other furniture we can organize together with you, but it could take a few days.
We would like to give preference to socially disadvantaged people, i.e. refugees and other people affected by discrimination. In this case the rent can be negotiated. It is important for us that the room is not empty. The money is secondary for us.
We are on the edge of Volkmarsdorf a very colorful, multicultural and alternative neighborhood. Our street is adjacent to the famous eisenbahnstraße but is relatively quiet
We are an open-minded left-wing alternative group, which is for the most part politically active and very concerned about sustainability.
Putin-lover, cops and other fascists don't even have to register here. The same goes for queer-hostile, anti-feminist people and machos.
It is important to us that all people feel comfortable in the apartment and can consider it a safe space.
Your room will be room Z5 on the second picture. The pictures are older ones. At the moment the room are getting renovated.
