Die Wohnung wurde 2016 saniert. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten, in die Fußgängerzone auch, ebenso die Uni. Der WG-Partner ist 25, ein ruhiger Mitbewohner, der Pilot im Cargo-Bereich ist. Der Vermieter, hier im Bild, ist seit Jahren im Medienbereich tätig und nett. Er steht Dir jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Er wohnt allerdings nicht in der Wohnung.
The partially furnished apartment has a fully equipped new kitchen-cum-living room including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a third, small, furnished room available as a "living room". There is a new sofa bed and a TV here. The bathroom is new with a bathtub. The apartment was renovated in 2016. It is a 10-minute bike ride to the main train station, as well as the pedestrian zone and the university. The flat share partner is 25, a quiet roommate who is a pilot in the cargo area. The landlord, here in the picture, has been active in the media sector for years and is nice. He is available to you as a contact person at any time. The landlord does not live in the nice appartement.
