Tolle 4erWG im Waldstraßenviertel sucht dich!

Das Haus befindet sich ganz nah an der Haltestelle Feuerbachstraße (genaue Hausnummer wird gern per PN bekannt gegeben). Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Konsum 2min, Aldi+Rewe 5min mit dem Rad), Bäcker um die Ecke. Das Rosenthal ist super nah, genauso wie der Clara-Zetkin-Park und der Kanal. Du bist super schnell im Zentrum, aber auch in vielen anderen Stadtteilen. Also eine sehr schöne Lage!
In unserem Haus wohnen viele Familien mit Kindern, aber auch WGs. Das eine oder andere Beisammensein im Innenhof fand auch schon statt, so dass ein freundliches Miteinander gelebt wird.

Our building is close to the station "Feuerbachstraße". There are a lot of shopping facilities around. Rosental, Clara-Zetkin-Park and the Elster Canal are in walking distance, too. It takes only a short time to get to the city centre - and to most other parts of the town. Perfect location.
A lot of families and other flatshares live in our building - sometimes we all get together in our courtyard.

Wir, das sind:

Laura (32): Arbeitet in einem IT-Unternehmen, ist viel unterwegs, macht gern Sport und spielt gerne Gesellschaftsspiele. Anton: ist 28 Jahre alt, trans* und arbeitet als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für Geschichte an der Uni Halle und schreibt eine sexualitätsgeschichtliche Doktorarbeit. Er liest gern; ist sportlich mit Radfahren, Yoga und Bouldern; trinkt viel entkoffeinierten Kaffee und schaut sowohl zeitgenössische als auch ältere Filme.
Für die erste Zeit wird Wolfgang (33) in der WG wohnen. Er zieht aus Wien nach Leipzig, will sich aber zeitnah eine eigenen Wohnung suchen.

Was wir wichtig finden, ist Geselligkeit, gute Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit in der WG. Es ist in der WG eher ruhig, feiern gehen wir eher außerhalb. Wir sitzen gern in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon gemütlich zusammen, essen gemeinsam oder spielen Gesellschaftsspiele. Ab und zu machen wir zusammen Ausflüge und verbringen entspannte Tage am See.
Uns ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der gut läuft und die Wohnung sauber hält. Du solltest Nicht-Raucher*in sein oder bereit sein, ausschießlich auf dem Balkon zu rauchen.

We are:

Laura (32) works in an IT-company, travels a lot, enjoys doing sports, dancing and loves board games), Anton is 28 years old, transgender and works as a research assistant at the Institute for History at the University of Halle. He likes to read; is sporty with cycling, yoga and bouldering; drinks decaf coffee and watches both contemporary and older films.
For some weeks/ months Wolfgang (33) will live in the flat as well. He will move from Vienna to Leipzig and will stay at our place while looking for his own flat.

What we all find important is socializing, good communication and reliability in our shared flat. It's rather quiet in the shared apartment, we tend to celebrate outside - when it's possible again. Nevertheless, we spend time together in the kitchen, eat together or play board games together. Sometimes we go on a trip together or spend a relaxing day at the lake.
We have a cleaning schedule that is going well and keeping the apartment clean. You should be a non-smoker or willing to only smoke on the balcony.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit Fahrräder im Hof abzustellen und wir haben einen Keller.

Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich am 1.8. einzugsbereit sein.
