Hallihallo,
ich biete hier mein süßes WG-Zimmer zur Nachmiete ab Juni an. Das Zimmer misst zwar nur 11qm, da die Decken aber sehr hoch sind, hatte ich mit dem Platz nie ein Problem 💕
Die WG befindet sich direkt am Anfang der Georg-Schumann-Straße. 2min zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Chauseehaus, von der die 10,11 und 16 losfahren. Die Trams verbinden einen mit der Südvorstadt, Bayerischer Bahnhof, Hauptbahnhof und Augustusplatz. Somit ist man super schnell an verschiedenen Fakultäten und auch durch die Hauptbahnhofnähe zu jeder tages-/nachzeit perfekr angebunden.
Wir sind zwar sehr viele in der WG, aber lass dich davon bitte nicht abschrecken! Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, alle Mitbewohnis sind super nett und respektvoll. Weltoffenheit, Hilfbereitschaft, ein offnes Ohr oder einfach mal nett zusammensitzen bei ein paar Bierchen, bevor man zusammen loszieht, stehen hier an der Tagesordnung. Obwohl wir so viele sind ist es sauber und Streit gibt es soweiso nicht.
Ich gebe das WG-Zimmer zur Nachmiete ab. Eine Besichtigung oder ein Telefonat ist auf Anfrage natürlich möglich. Scheu dich nicht fragen zu stellen! Ich freu mich auf deine Nachricht 🧚🏻♀️✨
