wer das Besondere sucht und Industriedesign mag, der ist bei uns richtig.
Das Haus ist ein Industriebau im Innenhof eines Wohnhauses in der Berliner Straße im Leipziger Norden. Hinter dem Haus fließt die Parthe. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch ausgesprochen ruhig. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir wohnen in einer über 200 qm großen Wohnung mit Loft ähnlichem Charakter.
Unser Haus befindet sich in zweiter Reihe direkt an der Parthe mit sonniger und grüner Aussicht. Zu Fuß sind 8 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, ins Zentrum 15 Minuten,
Unsere Wohnküche ist der Treffpunkt der WG. Hier kann gemeinsam gekocht, getrunken und sich unterhalten werden. Wir möchten weder Zweck- noch Party-WG sein, da wir keine Erstsemester mehr sind. Idealerweise hast Du Leipzig schon kennengelernt und den Wunsch für die nächsten ein bis zwei Jahre hier wohnen zu bleiben. Grundsätzlich sind wir offen für neue Leute, also einfach schreiben oder anrufen.
