Du hättest dann die Möglichkeit, die gesamte Wohnung zu übernehmen. Eventuell auch schon früher.

Was die Nebenkosten angeht, bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie teuer die im Zweifel im aktuellen Umfeld noch werden könnten. Die Wohnung liegt aber im EG und ist wirklich gut gedämmt. Es strahlt wenig Wärme nach unten ab.
