De: Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und ist im Dachgeschoss (4ten Etage). Es hat deswegen Dachschrägen in Zimmer aber sollte immernoch für die meisten Möbel genug Platz haben. Die Fenster gucken in Richtung Süden auf der nicht Straßen Seite.
En: The room is 12m² and is located on the top floor (4th floor). It has sloping ceilings, but should still have enough space for most furniture. The windows face south, away from the street.
De: Von hier aus bist du in der Nähe des beliebten Stadtteils Reudnitz und der Eisenbahnstraße, wo es viele coole Treffpunkte gibt. Trotzdem ist es in der Nachbarschaft recht ruhig.
Außerdem gibt es einen Rewe und einen Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Straßenbahnlinien 4/7 entlang der Dresdner Straße oder 1/3/8 an der Einerstraße sind jeweils etwa 5–10 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Innenstadt bist du zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten.
En: From here you are close to the popular area Reudnitz and also the Eisenbahnstraße, which have a lot of cool places to go and meet with friends. Despite that it is quite quiet in the neighborhood.
Otherwise there is also a Rewe and Netto very close by and trams 4/7 along the Dresdner Straße or 1/3/8 at Einerstraße both around 5-10 minute walk away. You can also be in the city in around 20 minutes walk.

Wichtig ist nur, dass ihr die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber haltet und hinterher aufräumt.
Die WG funktioniert derzeit wie eine Zweck-WG, aber das muss nicht so bleiben :)
