Der Zimmer ist 12m2, es gibt zwei Südfenstern, ein Bett (140x190) und ein groß Tisch. Miete ist 220EU wärme.
Ich bin Erasmus Studentin, warte ich in England bis kann ich komme Leipzig zurück. Leider, gibt es auch meine Dingen (Pflanzen, Kleider, Kunstmaterialien) noch aber meinen Mitbewohnern könnten sie entfernen.
Die Daten sind flexiblen, und der Zimmer ist auch vollständig frei ab Juli.

The room is about 12sqm, with two south-facing windows, a double bed and a large desk.
I am an Erasmus student, currently waiting in England until I can return to Leipzig. Unfortunately my things (plants, clothes, art materials) are still there, but my flatmates could remove them.
The dates are very flexible and the room will be completely free from July.

Der Stannebeinplatz ist senkrecht zu der beliebten Eisenbahnstraße in Leipzig-Ost. Es gibt einen Bus / Straßenbahn (70/1) Haltestelle auf der Straße und mehr um die Ecke auf der Eisenbahstraße (3/8).
Leipzig-Ost ist richtig ein geschäftig Viertel, gibt es viele Supermarkten Kneipen und Restaurants. Reise ist schnelle und einfache und gibt es viele Parks.

Stannebeinplatz is perpendicular to the popular Eisenbahnstraße in Leipzig-Ost. There is a bus / tram (70/1) stop on the street, and more around the corner on Eisenbahstraße (3/8).
Leipzig-Ost is a bustling area, there are many supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Travel is quick and easy and there are many parks.

Der WG hat ein Balkon, Bad, Küche und vier Zimmers, aber ein von unsere Mitbewohner hat diese Monat ausgezogen. Die anderen Mitbewohnern sind sehr freundlich und lustig. Philip ist 24, er hat der WG renoviert. Leander ist 22 und studiert Buchkunst in der HGB.

The flat share has a balcony, bathroom, kitchen and four rooms, but one of our roommates moved out this month. The other roommates are very friendly and funny. Philip is 24, he renovated the flat. Leander is 22 and studies book art in the HGB.
