Rahib ist von Ende Juli bis Ende Oktober nicht in Leipzig, deshalb kannst du für drei Monate in seinem Zimmer wohnen!
Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß, möbliert und annähernd quadratisch. Auf der Hochebene hast du nochmal ca. 5 m² zusätzlich zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Dielenboden und ist nach Süden zum grünen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Vor deinem Zimmer befindet sich auch der Balkon, darum werden auch wir ab und zu durch dein Zimmer gehen. Aber in Maßen, und wir klopfen immer!
Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet, und dir steht ein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung, um deine Sachen zu verstauen.
Wie du sehen kannst, liebt Rahib Pflanzen. Ein grüner Daumen ist darum von Vorteil, aber wir können dich auch beim Gießen unterstützen.

The room is 16 m², furnished and almost square. On the mezzanine you have an additional 5 m² at your disposal.
The room has a very nice floor and faces the green courtyard. In front of your room there is also a balcony, so we will walk through your room from time to time. But in moderation, and we always knock!
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel im Zentrum Ost. Dank der zentralen Lage bist du in 10 Gehminuten am Hauptcampus der Uni, in der Innenstadt oder am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Rad bist du ebenfalls in 10 Minuten an der Eisenbahnstraße oder an der Karli.
Um die Ecke sind schöne Parks und das Grassimuseum (Kunsthandwerk, Musikinstrumente und Ethnologie).
Supermärkte erreichst du mehrere in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß, Bioladen und Unverpacktladen sind mit dem Rad gut erreichbar (5-7 Minuten). Kneipen, Imbisse und Cafés sind auch nah gelegen.
Bus und Straßenbahn sind jeweils in 5-6 Minuten (Hofmeisterstraße, Johannisplatz, Gerichtsweg) bzw. 10 Minuten (Augustusplatz, Hauptbahnhof) zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the centre-east. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the main campus, the city centre or the main train station in 10 minutes by foot. By bike you can also reach the Eisenbahnstraße or the Karli in 10 minutes.
Around the corner are beautiful parks and the Grassimuseum (arts and crafts, musical instruments and ethnology).

Wir sind vielseitig interessiert - an Ökologie (ohne Schwurbel), Kultur und Sozialem/Politischen und noch mehr. Wir lehnen jegliche gruppenbezogene Menschenfeindlichkeit und Mackertum ab.
Uns die richtige Balance zwischen Gemeinschaft und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten wichtig. Wir begrünen gern unseren Balkon, den Hof und die Umgebung.
Wer wir sind:
Katharina macht gern Ausflüge ins Leipziger Umland, handwerkt und gärtnert.
Manuel ist Softwareentwickler und gern in der Natur, hat immer ein offenes Ohr und kann dich zu den besten Essgelegenheiten in Leipzig beraten.
Man-Lun studiert Deutsch als Fremdsprache an der Uni und hört gern klassische Musik, ist aber ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Genres und Musikrichtungen. Außerdem mag sie gern Malen und Yoga.
Wir sind eine rauchfreie WG. Deswegen suchen wir nur nach Nichtraucher*innen! Bitte hab Verständnis, dass wir auch keine Ausnahmen für Gelegenheitsraucher*innen usw. machen (Stichwort Third Hand Smoke).

We are a smoke-free shared flat. Therefore we are only looking for non-smokers! Please understand that we do not make exceptions for occasional smokers etc. (keyword third hand smoke).
Die Energiepreise steigen gerade stark. Sie werden den angegeben Rahmen nicht stark übersteigen, aber es kann sein, dass wir die Vorauszahlung im Laufe des Jahres etwas erhöhen müssen.

Wir nehmen Covid ernst und versuchen, uns und andere zu schützen. Bitte mach am Tag des Besuchs einen Corona-Test (mehrere Testzentren gibt es in der Nähe der Wohnung). Wenn es dir lieber ist, tragen wir während des Termins auch Maske.
