Hello, ich werde diesen November und Dezember verreisen und würde gerne mein Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist also natürlich möbliert und voll ausgestattet, wenn du möchtest, kannst du auch Bettzeug und Handtücher für diese Zeit haben.
Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und in zwei Teilbereiche aufgeteilt, was etwas besonders ist, aber eine super schöne Wohnzimmer-Atmosphäre auf der einen Hälfte schafft, während in der anderen Hälfte der Schreibtisch steht.
Das Zimmer hat schöne Pflanzen und ist tagsüber hell und hat einen schönen Holzboden. Das Zimmer hat ein Hochbett, in das du über Stufen hochkommst.
Wir haben einen Hinterhof für Fahrräder, aber auch einen Fahrradkeller und einen Abstellraum im Treppenhaus und außerdem einen schönen grünen Balkon.
Ich kann leider nicht vor dem 01.11. ausziehen, aber ansonsten sind deine Ein- und Auszugsdaten dir überlassen und du kannst eventuell auch noch ein paar Tage im Januar bleiben, wenn du willst und z.B. in Leipzig Silvester feiern möchtest oder so.
Ich hätte gerne 370 € pro Monat, also für die zwei Monate 740 €, da ist natürlich Internet, GEZ, und sonst alles dabei!
Wenn es aber nur etwas kürzer klappt, finden wir bestimmt einen Kompromiss!

Hello, I will be traveling this November and December and would like to sublet my room for this time. So of course the room is furnished and fully equipped, if you want you can also have bedding and towels for this time.
The room is 14 m² and divided into two parts, which is a bit special but creates a super nice living room atmosphere on one half while the other half has the desk.
The room has nice plants and is bright during the day and has a nice wooden floor. The room has a loft bed that you can get up steps into.
We have a backyard for bikes, but also a bike cellar and a storage room in the stairwell and also a nice green balcony.
I can't move out before 01.11. unfortunately, but otherwise your move-in and move-out dates are up to you and you can possibly stay a few more days in January if you want and want to celebrate e.g. New Year's Eve in Leipzig or something.
I would like 370 € per month, so for the two months 740 €, there is of course Internet, GEZ, and everything else!
But if it works out only a little shorter, we will certainly find a solution!

Die Lage ist genial, die WG liegt quasi auf der Grenze zwischen Südvorstadt und Zentrum-Süd in der Bernhard-Göring-Str.!
Die Straße ist die Parallelstraße der Karl-Liebknecht-Str. und somit nachts ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah an vielen Supermärkten, Kneipen oder Dönerläden. Auch im Osten, im Zentrum mit der Uni, in Connewitz und im Clara-Park bist du in ca.10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Also eigentlich die perfekte Mitte von allem wichtigen! Zum See sind es auch keine halbe Stunde. Öffis sind sowohl auf der Karli als auch in der anderen Parallelstraße, der Arthur-Hoffmann-Str., in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.

The location is brilliant, the flat is located virtually on the border between Südvorstadt and Zentrum-Süd in the Bernhard-Göring-Str.!
The street is the parallel street of Karl-Liebknecht-Str. and thus quiet at night and yet very close to many supermarkets, pubs or kebab stores. Also in the east, in the center with the university, in Connewitz and in Clara Park you are in ca.10 minutes by bike. So actually the perfect center of everything important! It is also less than half an hour to the lake. Public transport is available on the Karli as well as in the other parallel street, the Arthur-Hoffmann-Str., in 5 minutes walking distance.

Wir sind eine tolle, offene, bunte 5er-WG, die natürlich abhängig von Lebens- und Studienphasen immer viel zusammen unternimmt, kocht, Sommerkino auf dem Dach macht und auch ab und zu zusammen feiern ist. Wir alle haben unseren eigenen Rhythmus, aber versuchen trotzdem möglichst viel darum herum gemeinsam zu machen und sind keine Zweck-WG. Im Haus sind wir drei WGs, also herrscht eine super entspannte Stimmung, da wir uns alle kennen und gegenseitig immer aushelfen, wenn irgendwas gebraucht wird.
Da zum November mindestens Vince ausziehen wird, ist noch nicht ganz sicher, wer mit dir wohnen wird.
Maria und Philipp werden auf jeden Fall da sein, wahrscheinlich auch Camilla.
Maria ist sehr offen und kommunikativ und viel unterwegs, z.B. beim Tanzen oder auch auf den vielen Festivals diesen Sommer, außerdem ist sie sehr kreativ und versucht immer die WG ein bisschen schöner zu machen.
Philipp ist quasi ab Januar regelmäßig am See, hilft einem älteren Herrn in dessen Garten, nimmt uns also immer mal wieder leckeres Gemüse mit und ist gerne viel draußen unterwegs.
Camilla arbeitet zwar viel, hat aber unglaublich viel Energie und ist trotzdem dauernd mit Freund*innen unterwegs, Sport machen, feiern oder organisiert Open-Airs.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du Interesse hast für die zwei Monate in meinem Zimmer und unserer WG zu wohnen, also melde dich gerne hier, am besten mit Handynummer, dass ich dich danach einfacher kontaktieren kann.

We are a great, open, colorful 5-person shared apartment, which of course depending on life and study phases always does a lot together, cooks, makes summer cinema on the roof and is also now and then partying together. We all have our own rhythm, but still try to do as much as possible together. In the house we are three shared flats, so there is a super relaxed atmosphere, because we all know each other and always help each other out when something is needed.
Since at least Vince will move out in November, it's not quite sure yet who will live with you.
Maria and Philipp will definitely be there, probably Camilla as well.
Maria is very open and communicative and on the road a lot, e.g. dancing or at the many festivals this summer. She is also very creative and always tries to make the flat a bit nicer.
Philipp is literally from January on regularly at the lake, helps an elderly gentleman in his garden, so he can bring us every now and then delicious vegetables and likes to be outdoors a lot.
Camilla works a lot, but has a lot of energy and is always out and about with friends, doing sports, partying or organizing open-airs.
