Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer WG für drei Monate (Januar 2023 - März 2023). Es ist ein möbliertes Zimmer und alle Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten. Bevorzugen Sie eine Studentin/Praktikantin/Praktikantin, die ordentlich und sauber ist. Bitte respektieren Sie die Regeln und andere Studenten, die sich im Gebäude aufhalten; keine Party.
Leider ist keine Domizilierung erlaubt, da ich hier noch meinen Wohnsitz habe.
Das Gebäude ist 3 Minuten von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle und 5 Minuten vom Supermarkt entfernt. Es liegt auch sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um den Transport machen müssen.
Bitte schreiben Sie mir eine Nachricht auf WG und stellen Sie sich vor. Sowohl Online- als auch Offline-Raumbesichtigungen sind möglich, sodass wir dies später besprechen und einrichten können.

I’m renting my room in a shared flat for three months (January 2023-March 2023). It’s a furnished room, and all charges are included in the ren.tal fee. Prefer a female student/intern/trainee who is tidy and clean. Please respect the rules and other students staying in the building; no party.
Unfortunately, no domiciliation is allowed because I still have my residence here.
The building is 3 minutes from the nearest tram station and 5 minutes from the supermarket. It is also very close to the city center, so you do not have to be worried about transportation.
Please kindly drop me a message on WG and introduce yourself. Both online and offline room viewings are possible, so we can discuss and set it up later.
