Nachmieter gesucht – 2 rooms in 4er international WG near Karli (from middle Sep and beginning of Oct)

Two flatmates are moving out from our lovely and centre-based apartment in September so we’re looking for 2 nice new flatmates to stay long-term in our WG. Also as both rooms are furnished (there’s a one-time extra cost for that) pls only write us if you’re interested in such room.

Zsófi’s room is 11m2 and it comes with basic furniture (bed frame with full size mattress, bed cover, bedding, an extra single mattress, wardrobe with hangers, mirror, curtains, lamp), all furniture together is 230 EUR. (On the pics you can see some more furniture, these will be taken away). The walls have recently been painted. There’s parquet floor and one big window that has a view to Riemannstr. The room is sunny and bright all day, very calm, quiet, cozy and comfortable. It’s available from the 12th of September (the date is flexible).

Rebecca’s room is 12 m2 and has a nice big window. It’s open to the courtyard and is typically quiet. All furniture is 325 together (furniture is from ikea), including a bookshelf, bed frame, full size and twin size mattresses, desk, comfy chair, bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows), standing closet, cork board, power strip, metal side table, wooden box, mirror, window shade, and lamp. The only thing not included is the desk chair. The bed can be changed to a twin size, and there is a twin size mattress and Lattenrost in the closet. The extra mattress is also useful for when guests stay over :) Rebecca’s room is available from 1st October.

Ab September ziehen zwei Mitbewohnerin aus unserer schönen Wohnung, deswegen suchen wir zwei neue Mitbewohner/in. Beide Zimmern sind schon möbliert (mit zusätzlichen Kosten) und deswegen muss man einfach das Zimmer mit den Möbel übernehmen.

Das Zimmer von Zsófi ist 11 m² groß und kommt mit Bettrahmen mit einer normalen Matratze, Bettdecken, Bettwäschen, zusätzlicher Einzelmatratze, Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderbügeln, Spiegel, Vorhänge, und Lampe. Alle Möbel kosten zusammen 230 EUR (auf den Bildern sind noch einige Möbel zu sehen, diese werden mitgenommen). Die Wände wurden vor kurzem schön gestrichen. Es gibt Parkettboden und ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Riemannstr. Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag sonnig und hell, sehr ruhig, gemütlich und komfortabel. Es ist ab dem 12. September verfügbar (das Datum ist noch flexibel).

Das Zimmer von Rebecca ist 12 m2 groß und hat ein schönes großes Fenster. Es ist zum Innenhof hin offen und in der Regel ruhig. Alle Möbel kosten 325 zusammen (Möbel sind von Ikea), darunter ein Bücherregal, Bettrahmen, Matratzen in voller Größe und zwei Größen, Schreibtisch, bequemer Sessel, Bettwäsche, Stehschrank, Korkplatte, Steckdosenleiste, Metall Beistelltisch, Holzkiste, Spiegel, Rollladen und Lampe. Das Einzige, was nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist, ist der Schreibtischstuhl. Das Bett kann in ein Twin-Size-Bett umgestellt werden, und es gibt eine Twin-Size-Matratze und Lattenrost im Schrank. Die zusätzliche Matratze ist auch nützlich, wenn Gäste übernachten möchten :) Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Oktober verfügbar (vielleicht ab Mitte September).
