Gemütliche WG in Zentrum-Süd sucht weibliche Verstärkung!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönsten Stadtviertel Leipzigs, dem Zentrum-Süd, an der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. In einem Katzensprung bist du bei Dönerläden, Restaurants und Bars. Mit Rad, Bus oder Bahn erreichst du die HTWK in 10min, die Uni Leipzig sowie das Stadtzentrum in 5min. Der Clara-Park ist nur ein paar Straßen entfernt und überhaupt kommt man sowohl in den Osten als auch in den Westen Leipzigs innerhalb kürzester Zeit.
Die Haltestellen der Tram 10 und 11 sind 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die der Tram 2, 9, und 16, des Busses 60 und der S-Bahnen 6min. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Konsum, dm und Roßmann sowie für frische Brötchen musst du nur aus der Tür fallen. Der Unverpacktladen ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful district of Leipzig, the Zentrum-Süd, on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. In a stone's throw you are at kebab shops, restaurants and bars. By bike, bus or train you can reach the HTWK in 10 minutes, the University of Leipzig and the city center in 5 minutes. The Clara-Park is only a few streets away and whether you're heading towards the East or the West of the city, you're easily there in the shortest of time.
The stops for trams 10 and 11 are a 3-minute walk away, those of trams 2, 9, and 16, bus 60 and the S-Bahn 6min. All you have to do is fall out the door for shops such as Aldi, Konsum, dm and Roßmann, as well as fresh bread. The zero waste store is also only a 5 min walk away.

Unsere WG in ihrer jetzigen Konstellation gibt es erst seit kurzem, daher ist noch nichts in Stein gemeißelt und lässt dir viel Raum, kreativ mitzuwirken und das Zusammenleben von Grund auf mitzubestimmen. Von den vorigen Bewohnern ist nur noch Steffen in der Wohnung, Philip kam vor zwei Monaten circa hinzu und Eric vor etwa zwei Wochen.
Wir sind allesamt sehr umgängliche und tiefenentspannte Menschen und würden uns über jemanden freuen, der eine gewisse Reife + Erfahrung im Haushalt mit sich bringt, damit sich auch wirklich alle hier zuhause fühlen dürfen. Ein wenig Kreativität ist natürlich auch nie verkehrt.. :P

Deine Mitbewohner in der Riemann werden sein:

Philip (26) : Weltenbummler, der nach 7,5 Jahren Weltreise seines Exfreundes wegen in Leipzig gelandet ist und gerade als Kayak-Guide sein Geld verdient bis es dann mit dem Studium bald losgeht. Kocht gerne, ist super kunst- und kulturinteressiert und bei einem guten Weinchen für alle möglichen philosophischen Gespräche zu haben.

Steffen (33): Gärtner bei der Stadt, der in seiner Freizeit entweder auf rockigen, punkigen Konzerten zu finden ist oder irgendwo in den Leipziger Seen, wo er mit seiner Sauerstoffflasche bepackt die Unterwasserwelt ein wenig unsicher macht. Bekommt manchmal Besuch von einer Katze, die ihn abgöttisch liebt, und verschwindet hier und da auf geniale Wandertouren.

Eric (43): Informatiker, der absolut vernarrt ins Tanzen ist und sich vor allem für Forró, Zouk, Bachata und Lindyhop begeistern lässt. Ein super Gesprächspartner - vor allem wenn es um Themen wie Umweltschutz, Radreisen oder einfach nur das Leben an sich geht.

Our flat share in its current constellation has only recently been set up, so nothing has been set in stone yet and leaves you plenty of room to let your creativity flow and and to help determine our coexistence from the ground up. Of the previous residents, only Steffen is still in the apartment, Philip joined about two months ago and Eric about two weeks ago.
We are all very sociable and deeply relaxed people and would be happy to have someone who brings a certain degree of maturity + experience in the household with them, so that everyone can really feel at home here. A little creativity and artistry doesn´t hurt either. :P

Your future flatmates will be:

Philip (26): globetrotter, who after 7.5 years of traveling the world landed in Leipzig because of his ex-boyfriend and is currently earning his money as a kayak guide until he soon starts studying. Likes to cook, is super interested in art and culture and is available for all kinds of philosophical discussions over a good wine.

Steffen (33): gardener in the city, who in his free time can be found either at rocky, punk concerts or somewhere in the Leipzig lakes, where he makes the underwater world a little unsafe with his oxygen bottle. Sometimes receives a visit from a cat who absolutely loves him and occasionally disappears on adventurous hiking tours.

Eric (43): Computer scientist who is absolutely obsessed with dancing and who is especially enthusiastic about Forró, Zouk, Bachata and Lindyhop. A great conversation partner - especially when it comes to topics such as environmental protection, cycling trips or the good old life itself.

Das Zimmer soll bis zum 1. September bezogen werden, steht nun allerdings leer und kann auch schon ab jetzt dein Zuhause sein.

Wichtig zu erwähnen sei nochmal, dass wir nach einer Mitbewohnerin, sprich nicht männlichen Person suchen, um mehr Femininität ins Haus zu bringen und das Ungleichgewicht ein wenig auszugleichen. Im besten Falle auch jemand, der bereit ist, Nicks Möbel zu übernehmen (was aber auf gar keinen Fall ein Muss ist). :P

Außerdem befindet es sich im Erdgeschoss, wodurch es bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht ganz lärmfrei ist. Für wen das aber kein Problem sein sollte, gibt es hier die ganzen Vorzüge, die ein zentrales Zimmer so mit sich bringt.
Am besten meldest du dich einfach mit ein paar Zeilen zu dir selbst, damit wir uns schonmal ein Bild von dir machen können bevor es dann mit der Besichtigung losgeht. :)

The room is to be handed over from September 1st. If you want to move in earlier, that's also fine of course.

It is important to mention again that we are looking for a female/non-male person, to bring more femininity into the house and to compensate for the imbalance a little. In the best case also someone who is willing to take over Nick's furniture (which is by no means a must). :P

Furthermore, it is a room on the ground floor which means that the outside noise can be a bit annoying when the window's open. If that doesn't bother you, you'll be enjoying all of the benefits that an apartment in the center will bring!
