Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Küche,
einem Bad und einer Toilette und Balkon mit Tageslichtbad.
Das Zimmer, welches frei wird ist insgesamt recht ruhig und ist zur
Straßenseite gewandt.
Ideal zum Studieren oder kreativem Arbeiten.
Das Haus befindet sich sehr zentral in der Südvorstadt, innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man
in der Innenstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg erreichbar,
der Clara-Zetkin Park zum Joggen und Erholen ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Weiterhin sind Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants auch in Reichweite.
Du ziehst mit Leonardo, (24 J.), italienischer PHD Physik Student und mir (30 J.),
Komponist für Film und Medien, Naturliebhaber und kunstinteressiert zusammen.
Leonardo ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, kocht gerne italienisch und liest
und trainiert in seiner Freizeit sehr gerne.
Persönlich reise ich sehr gerne, koche ebenfalls gerne, schwimme und meditiere
ab und an. Mein Hauptfokus liegt ansonsten auf der rechnergestützten Musik-
produktion.
Wichtig ist uns eine offene Kommunikation, Interesse am Gegenüber und ein herzliches und
respektvolles Miteinander.
Wir suchen bevorzugt Leute mit WG - Erfahrung, die zuverlässig und ruhig sind und
bereit sind ein Auge auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu legen.
Bitte keine Leute, die regelmäßig Genussmittel konsumieren oder ziellos sind!
