Das Zimmer ist groß und befindet sich auf der Hofseite, trotz der Zentrumsnahen Lage ist es relativ ruhig dort.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage, da man zum Wilhelm Leuschner Platz lediglich fünf Minuten läuft und somit alles gut und schnell erreichen kann. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt gegenüber auf der Karl Liebknecht Straße.
Ich heiße Luisa, studiere Soziologie und suche eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin eine sehr aufgeschlossene und entspannte Person und würde mich freuen wenn es sich bei dieser Wg um keine Zweck-Wg handeln würde.
