ENG: The room is 22 sqm and fully furnished. There's enough space to be creative and because of the big windows with direction south it is really bright.
DE: Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und vollständig eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Platz für Kreativität und ist durch die großen Fenster, sowie die südliche Ausrichtung immer sehr hell.
ENG: The position is just perfect, in 5 minutes you reach "Bayrischer Bahnhof" and "Wilhelm Leuschner Platz", there you have many possibilities to travel by train, tram or bus. Only 2 minutes away are the stations: "Münzgasse (LVZ)" and "Hohe Straße". If you want to go out, there is the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße beginning directly in front of the door. There you can enjoy the nightlife in many cool Bars or get yourself something to eat in one of its delicious restaurants. If you want to take a walk in the nature or relax in one of the most beautiful Parks of Leipzig, you just have to walk 10 Minutes and you will reach "Clara-Zetkin-Park" or "Johannapark". Also the City Centre is not far away, so you can easily get there by foot.
DE: Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Peterskirche gelegen, erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten den Bayerischen Bahnhof, dort hat man Anschlussmöglichkeiten zur S Bahn, Tram und Bus. In vergleichbarer Nähe befindet sich der Wilhelm Leuschner Platz, an dem man ebenso gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen ist. In nicht einmal 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Haltestellen: „Münzgasse (LVZ)" und „Hohe Straße". Zum Ausgehen bietet sich hier die Karli an, diese beginnt quasi direkt vor der Haustür und zieht sich dann nach Süden, dort gibt es viele schöne Bars und gute Restaurants. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Clara-Zetkin-Park, sowie den Johannapark, welche gerade im Sommer eine wunderbare Erholungsmöglichkeit bieten. Auch das Leipziger Zentrum lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
