Das Zimmer ist wirklich gut: abgesehen davon, dass es 20m2 groß ist, hast du den größten Teil des Tages Sonne.
Wie du auf dem Bild siehst, kannst du so viele Dinge hineinstellen, wie du willst, ohne dass du deinen freien Platz verlierst!
Vorzugsweise ist das Zimmer an jemanden zu geben, der es mit den meisten Möbeln im Inneren für einen bestimmten Preis zu vereinbaren (z.B. Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Stühle) nehmen wird. Das können wir aber mal besprechen.

The room is really good: besides being 20m2, you have sun most of the day.
As you can see in the picture, you can put as many things inside as you want without losing your free space!
Preferably, the room is to be given to someone who will take it with most of the furniture inside for a certain price to be agreed (e.g. bed, mattress, closet, desk, sofa, chairs). But we can have a chat about that!
Die Lage ist top. Alles, was für ein schönes Leben in Leipzig wichtig ist, kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden: Die Karli, die Bibliotheca Albertina, der Clara-Zetkin-Park, die Straßenbahnstationen (Münzgasse oder Neues Rathaus); Supermärkte (Konsum und Aldi richtig in der Nähe), Rossmann an der Ecke, Post, Restaurants, usw.

The location is top. Everything that is important for a nice life in Leipzig can be reached on foot in a few minutes: The Karli, the Bibliotheca Albertina, the Clara-Zetkin-Park, the public transport stations (Münzgasse or Neues Rathaus); supermarkets (Konsum and Aldi right nearby), Rossmann on the corner, post office, restaurants, etc.
Fabio (31) kam nach Deutschland, um an der Universität Leipzig ein MBA-Studium zu absolvieren, wo er nach Abschluss seines Studiums arbeitet. Als echter Kolumbianer tanzt er gerne Salsa, macht aber auch Yoga und verschiedene andere Sportarten. Er ist ein entspannter Mann, der immer bereit ist, vegetarische Gerichte in der Küche zu teilen und neue Rezepte zu lernen. Wenn du gerne tanzt, Fahrrad fährst oder Volleyball spielst, würde er das gerne mit dir machen. Spaßfakt: Er ist seit seiner Geburt Vegetarier!
Christina (26) ist ein charismatisches Mädchen aus Griechenland. Sie ist vor circa einem Jahr nach Leipzig gekommen, um einen Master in Kommunikation zu studieren. Deswegen wirst du eine Person haben, die ständig mit dir sprechen möchte. Außerdem ist sie sehr kreativ und liebt es, nach neuen Ideen zu suchen, um die WG zu dekorieren und sie immer gemütlicher zu gestalten.
Loretta (24) studiert Konferenzdolmetschen an der Universität Leipzig. Sie ist begierig darauf, neue Kulturen und Denkweisen zu entdecken und lernt deshalb ständig neue Sprachen! Wenn du also deutsch, spanisch, französisch, englisch oder sogar koreanisch sprichst, wird sie sich freuen, mit dir zu reden! Außerdem tanzt sie sehr gerne, läuft oder geht auf Konzerte!

Fabio (31) came to Germany to study for an MBA at the University of Leipzig, where he will work after completing his studies. As a true Colombian, he likes to dance salsa, but also does yoga and various other sports. He is a laid back guy who is always willing to share vegetarian dishes in the kitchen and learn new recipes. If you like to dance, ride a bike or play volleyball, he would love to do that with you. Fun fact: He's been a vegetarian since birth!
Christina (26) is a charismatic girl from Greece. She came to Leipzig about a year ago to study for a master's degree in communication. That's why you will have a person who wants to talk to you most of the time. She is also very creative and loves to look for new ideas to decorate the WG and make it more and more cozy.
Loretta (24) is studying conference interpreting at the University of Leipzig. She is eager to discover new cultures and ways of thinking, so she is always learning new languages! So if you speak German, Spanish, French, English or even Korean, she will be happy to talk to you! She also loves to dance, run or go to concerts!
Der Raum wird ab dem 15. Oktober frei sein, aber je nach der Geschwindigkeit der Vorstellungsgespräche kann der Termin auch einige Tage früher oder später liegen.
