The entire block is centrally located and very well connected. The Johannesallee tram stop and a Rewe supermarket are nearby. The Bayerische Bahnhof and the city center are not far away.
The room is located on the 6th floor and is facing the side opposite the street. Hence, it is very quiet. Also, you have a beautiful view.

- A one-time deposit of 300.00 euros

monthly rent:
