Das Zimmer ist zwar nur 13 qm groß, dennoch konnte ich problemlos ein 1,60 m Bett, Schreibtisch, zwei Kommoden und ein Regal unterbringen. Es ist Richtung Norden zum Innenhof raus, wodurch es auch sehr leise ist. Die Möbel nehme ich alle mit.
Die ganze Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und das Haus ist gut isoliert, also wird es auf keinen Fall zu kalt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (mit Geschirrspüler), also brauchst du eigentlich nichts mitzunehmen. Dort geht es zum Balkon raus, der auf der Nordseite liegt, wodurch es im Sommer immer gut aushaltbar ist. Eine Waschmaschine, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, gibt es auf dem Dachboden.

The room is towards the courdyard what makes it very quiet. I will take all the furniture with me so the room will be empty. The flat has floor heating and the building is well isolated. The kitchen is well appointed. We also have a very nice balcony. There is a common washing machine on the top floor.
Für Studenten ist unsere WG perfekt gelegen. Zu Fuß läuft man 7 Minuten zur Uni und in die Innenstadt, und mit dem Rad oder der Tram vom Johannisplatz kommt man super auch sonst überall hin. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß 15 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés und Imbisse/Restaurants gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Zum Entspannen sind der Lene-Voigt-Park und der Friedenspark auch jeweils nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is perfectly located for students. Within a few minutes walking distance there is the uni and the city center as well as several super markets. By bike or with the public transport you get everywhere in Leipzig very fast. The main station is 15 min away.
Momentan ist unsere WG ziemlich im Umbruch da sowohl ich als auch Julia ausziehen (Ihr Zimmer ist ab sofort frei: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Leipzig-Zentrum-Sudost.7478035.html).
Rossi (28) bleibt noch in der WG, also würdest Du auf jeden Fall mit ihr zusammenwohnen. Sie promoviert gerade an der HHL und arbeitet nebenbei, wodurch sie auch viel beschäftigt ist. Wenn gerade kein Lockdown ist, testet sie sich durch jeden Sportkurs dieser Stadt und ist viel freizeitmäßig unterwegs.
Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr zwanglos. Wir wissen eigentlich immer was bei den anderen so los ist, aber jedem wird auch sein Raum gelassen. Nette Gespräche in der Küche sind aber gerne gesehen :)
Das WG Leben kannst Du aber natürlich aktiv mitgestalten, da Julia und ich ja dann nicht mehr da sind.
Currently there is a lot of change in our flat share because besides me Julia is moving out as well. (Her room is allready available: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Leipzig-Zentrum-Sudost.7478035.html). Rossi (28) is staying so you will live with her and the person who is moving into Julia's room. Rossi is doing her PhD at the HHL and is working as a research assistant. She is doing lots of sports and likes to go out with friends.
It's important for us that we get along well. We like to chat in the kitchen or the hallway but everybody can close his door as well.
Schreib uns gerne ein paar Zeilen über Dich! Wir würden dann am liebsten erstmal über Skype oder so quatschen und Dir die Wohnung zeigen, bevor wir Dich hierher einladen :)
