Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und nach Osten ausgerichtet. Das bedeutet, dass man, bei dem schönen Wetter mit dem wir in Leipzig gesegnet sind, mit Sonnenstrahlen aufwachen wird. Es hat eine schöne hohe Decke, ein großes Fenster und fühlt sich insgesamt sehr geräumig an. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein Bürogebäude, in dem ich noch nie jemanden gesehen habe, und da das Zimmer auch ziemlich erhöht vom Gehweg liegt, fühlt sich das Zimmer sehr privat an.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine ähnlich geräumige und helle Küche und Badezimmer sowie einen Wasch- und Abstellraum.

The room is 16 square meters and faces eastwards. This means that you will, with the nice weather that we are blessed with in Leipzig, wake up with rays of sunshine. It has a nice high ceiling, a large window and overall feels very spacious. Across the street there is some office building where I've never seen anyone and therefore, since the room is also quite elevated from the pavement, the room feels very private.
Other than that, the apartment has a similarly spacious and light kitchen and bathroom, and a laundry and storage room.
Super tolle Lage!!! Edeka, DM, Lukas in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso das Uniklinikum und Grünflächen wie der Rossplatz oder der Johannisfriedhof. Es ist wirklich Wohnen in der Innenstadt, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, in der Innenstadt zu wohnen.

Super great location!! Edeka, DM, Lukas within five minute walk, same for the Uniklinikum and green space such as the Rossplatz or the Johannisfriedhof. It is living in the city centre without feeling like you're living in the city centre.
Du wirst vorerst mit Christian wohnen. Er ist ein cooler Typ, der vor drei Jahren nach Leipzig gezogen ist und den ich wirklich als Freund bezeichnen kann. Mit ihm kann man von seinen Erlebnissen auf einer seiner unzähligen Reisen reden oder einfach bei einer Tasse Tee abhängen. Christian wird in ein paar Monaten in eine andere Stadt ziehen und so wirst du dann vielleicht eine eigene WG gründen können.

You will be living with Christian for the time being. He is a cool guy who moved to Leipzig three years ago and who I can truly call a friend. With him you can recount his experiences on one of his innumerable travels, banter and complain about Germans or just hang out with a cup of tea. Christian will move to a different city in a few months and therefore you will maybe be able to create your own WG then.

Die Miete ist warm.
Da Christian und ich noch schauen, wie wir alles mit unserem Auszug organisieren, wäre es vielleicht möglich, dass ich dich um ein bisschen Geld für die Übernahme der Waschmaschine bitten würde etc. Außerdem habe ich bei der Übernahme des Zimmers einen an der Wand befestigten Tisch bekommen (auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar), den du wieder montieren könntest.

Since Christian and I are still looking how we're going to organise everything with our wg, it may be possible that I would ask you to pay me a bit for taking over the washing machine. Moreover, when I took over the room I got it with a table attached to the wall (not visible in the pictures), which you could mount again.
