Hallo Zusammen,
ich verbringe den Sommer in Berlin, und suche für diese Zeit eine nette Vertretung für mich in meiner cute WG im Leipziger Osten :)
Direkt über einem Eis- und Lottoladen zwischen Friedenspark und Lene-Voigt-Park liegt unsere schöne Altbauwohnung mit Balkon. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen Emma, Ellen und Susi sind alle (noch) Studentinnen und veranstalten gerne mal gemeinsame Abendessen oder sitzen auf dem Balkon zusammen, auf dem man hoffentlich auch bald Radieschen und Erdbeeren ernten kann. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit Holzboden, alten Türen und schönem Stuck. Es ist zwar direkt an der Straße, aber die Fenster sind neu und gut gedämmt, da bekommt man nicht so viel draußen mit. Meine Möbel bleiben im Zimmer, ebenso wie ein paar Pflänzchen, die du für den Zeitraum unter deine Fittiche nehmen könntest!
Zwischen dem Zimmer und dem Zimmer der Mitbewohnerin Susi ist eine große Flügeltür, die nicht vollkommen schalldicht ist. Der Vorteil daran ist, dass man die Tür öffnen kann und dann ein Salon mit zwei Zimmern entsteht. Besonders schön ist das mit vielen Leuten. Der Nachteil: es ist etwas hellhörig. Deshalb musst du bereit sein, etwas Rücksicht zu nehmen. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell :) Wenn dir die Beschreibung zusagt, schreib mir einfach, und wir können ein Kennenlernen mit den anderen WG-Girls organisieren! Liebe Grüße

Hello everyone,
I'm spending the summer in Berlin, and I'm searching for a nice substitute for me in my cute flat-share in the east of Leipzig :)
Our beautiful appartment with balcony is located directly above an ice cream and lottery shop between Friedenspark and Lene-Voigt-Park. Your future flatmates Emma, Ellen and Susi are all (still) students and like to organise group dinners or sit together on the balcony, where you can hopefully harvest radishes and strawberries soon. The bedroom is spacious, with wooden floors, old doors and beautiful stucco. Although it faces the street, the windows are new and well insulated, so you don't hear much from outside. My furniture stays in the room, as well as a few plants that you could take under your wing for the time being!
There is a large double door between my room and my flatmate Susi's room, which is not completely soundproof. The advantage of this is that you can open the door to create a lounge with two rooms. This is especially nice with a lot of people. The disadvantage is that it is a bit noisy. Therefore, you have to be prepared to be a bit respectful with noises. Direkt am Ostplatz gelegen, hat man es von hier in den Süden, Westen und die Innenstadt nicht weit. Auch die Eisenbahnstraße ist von uns aus etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Ansonsten haben wir die Tram 15 und Bus Station direkt vor der Nase, sodass du bequem von A nach B kommen kannst.
Located directly on Ostplatz, it is not far from here to the south, west and city centre. Eisenbahnstraße is also about 10 minutes away from us by bike. Otherwise, we have the Tram 15 and bus station right in front of us, so you can get around easily.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind die sweeten Girls Ellen, Susi und Emma. Wir vier lieben das WG-Leben und versuchen so oft wie möglich Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, auch wenn wir alle viel unterwegs sind. Wenn du auch eine familiäre WG suchst und gerne viel mit anderen Menschen machst, aber auch trotzdem mal eigenständig ohne Gesellschaft chillen kannst, bist du bei uns richtig. Wir sind für einander da, respektieren aber auch unsere jeweilige Privatsphäre.
Da wir alle unterschiedliche Studiengängen studieren und unsere Freundeskreise sich nur zum Teil überschneiden, gibt es immer wieder die Chance neue Leute kennenzulernen und somit auch Leipzig immer wieder neu zu erleben. In Punkto Sauberkeit nutzen wir eine kleine Drehschreibe mit wöchentlichen Putzaufgaben. Wir versuchen den Plan simpel und unsere Wohnung sauber zu halten.

Your new flatmates are Ellen, Susi and Emma. The four of us love the flat-sharing life and try to spend time together as often as possible, even though we do move around a lot. If you are also looking for a cosy flat share and enjoy hanging out with people, yet are still able to spend time on your own without company, then you've come to the right place. We are there for each other, but also respect each other's privacy.
Since we all study different courses and our circles of friends only partly overlap, there is always the chance to meet new people and thus to experience Leipzig in a new way. When it comes to cleanliness, we use a weekly cleaning schedule. We try to keep the plan simple and our flat clean.
