Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist in 3 Zimmer unterteilt. In der gemeinsam genutzten Küche befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Das Zimmer selbst ist 17qm groß, hell, freundlich und geräumig. Außerdem ist es möbliert. Im Haus gibt es zwei neue Aufzüge.
Die WG befindet sich im Zentrum-Südost direkt gegenüber des Uniklinikums. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn, Tram und Bus) sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Park.
Hi, I'm Porfi! Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und Medizinstudent im 7. Semester. Ich bin im Allgemeinen ruhig, aber feiern kann ich (just ask the neighbours). Ansonsten koche ich gern und mag Spiele- sowie Filmabende.
Zurzeit habe ich mein Zimmer an eine Erasmus-Studentin untervermietet, da ich selbst ein Erasmus mache. Ich ziehe im April wieder zurück.
