Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und ist im 4. Stock, aber keine Sorge, denn es gibt einen Aufzug :D
Bad und Küche sind ausreichen groß und in der Küche steht noch ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Bad ist sauber und modern mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken.
Dein Zimmer ist mit großem Schreibtisch mit Unterschrank, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Bett inklusive Matratze, und einem großzügigen Bücherregal eingerichtet.

The apartment is completely renovated and it is on the 4th floor, but don't worry because there is an elevator :D
The bathroom and kitchen are big enough, and there is a table with two chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Your room is equipped with a large desk with base cabinet, closet, mirror, bed with mattress, and a spacious bookshelf.
Was mir an dieser Wohnung am besten gefällt, ist ihre zentrale Lage. Man braucht nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Johanisallee). In dieser Haltestelle fahren die 16 und die 2 und du brauchst nur 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zum Hauptbahnhof (ohne umsteigen)
-Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein Rewe und innerhalb von 5 Minute zu Fuß gibt es einen schönen Park (Friedenspark), in dem du Sport treiben oder die sonnigen Tage genießen kannst.
-nur eine Haltestelle weiter erreichst du die Haltestelle "Bayerischer Bahnhof", wo du die Universitätsklinikum, Apotheken, Restaurants, Bäckereien und DM finden kannst.
Das Wohnheim hat außerdem einen Fahrradkeller, Waschkeller mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, einen Sportraum, und kostenlose Parkplätze
What I like most about this apartment is its central location. It takes only 4 minutes to walk to the Tram station(Johanisallee). The 16 and the 2 leave at this stop, and you only need 10 minutes by tram to the main station (without changing).
-Directly across the street there is a Rewe, and within a 5-minute walk, there is a nice park (Friedenspark) where you can do sports or enjoy the sunny days.
-Just one stop further by tram, you can reach the stop "Bayerischer Bahnhof" where you can find the University Clinic, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, DM, etc...
The dormitory also has a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, a sports room, and free parking spots (in case you have a car).
Du wirst mit einem anderen Mädchen zusammenleben, das gerade ihren Ph.D. in Umweltwissenschaften macht. Sie ist super freundlich und ordentlich. Ich bin sicher, dass du keine Probleme mit ihr haben wirst :)
You will be living with another girl who is doing her Ph.D. in Environmental Science. She is super friendly and neat. I'm sure you won't have any problems with her :)
Zu den 295€ Miete im Monat kommen keine weiteren Nebenkosten dazu und es ist auch wichtig zu erwähnen, dass eine Anmeldung nicht möglich ist.
