Das Zimmer wird 2 Monate zur Verfügung sein, bevor unsere neue Mitbewohnerin einzieht. Daher suchen wir jemanden, der genau in diesen Zeitraum passt.
Das Zimmer ist in einer 3er WG und 21 Quadratmeter groß. Es ist zur Süd-West-Seite, sodass du den ganzen Tag Sonne hast, aber durch die Bäume bleibt es auch im Sommer angenehm . Du schaust direkt auf den öffentlichen Sportplatz. Das Studentenwohnheim wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett neu renoviert und du bist die 3. Person die einzieht. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat zwei Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche. Zudem besitzt die Wohnung einen sehr langen Flur und eine große Küche, in der man ohne Platzprobleme kochen kann. Der größte Vorteil ist der eigene Backofen, den man meist selten in Wohnheimen bekommt.
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit Kleiderschrank, großem Schreibtisch, Bett, Regal, Stuhl und Rollkontainer ausgestattet.
Da Josi Saxophon spielt, befindet sich zurzeit eine Übelkabine zum ungestörten Musizieren in dem Zimmer. Diese darfst du sehr gerne übernehmen, musst es jedoch nicht.

!It is important that you are enrolled at the university, HTWK or other place of study. This is a student residence!
The room is in a 3-person flat share and is 21 square meters. It is on the south-west side which means that you can enjoy the sun nearly the whole day. But thanks to the trees outside it won't be to hot in summer. The student residence was completely renovated 3 years ago and you are the 3th person to move in. The apartment is big and has to bathrooms each with a shower. Besides the apartment has a long hallway and a big kitchen where you can cook without space problems. The biggest advantage is our oven, which you rarely get in dormitories.
The room is already furnished with a wardrobe, large desk, bed, shelf, chair and desk closet.
Josi plays the saxophone, that's why currently there is a practice booth in the room, so you can play music undisturbed.
Die Verkehranbindung könnte nicht besser sein. Du bist in 5 Minuten bei der Sbahn-Station MDR, wo auch der Bus 74 fährt. In 7 Minuten ist die Bahnhaltestelle Johannisalle entfernt, wo die 16, die 2 und der Bus 60 fährt. Außerdem hast du in 100m einen großen Rewe, der keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Hinter dem Wohnheim befindet sich ein Sportplatz sowie eine Schwimmhalle und es ist immer was los.
POSITION
The transport links could not be better. You are in 5 minutes at the Sbahn station MDR, where the bus 74 also goes. The Johannisalle train station, where the 16, the 2 and the 60 bus runs, is 10 minutes away. In addition, you have a large Rewe in 100m, which leaves nothing to be desired.
There is a sports field and an indoor swimming pool behind the dormitory and there is always something going on.
Wir sind Sebastián und Marina, 19 und 20 Jahre alt und genießen das Studileben.
Ich, Sebastián, bin im Studienkolleg der Uni Leipzig, komme aus Mexiko und bin seit 8 Monaten in Deutschland.
Ich begeisterte mich für Musik und spiele Klavier. Singen tue ich auch sehr gerne und das tatsächlich nicht nur unter der Dusche. Außerdem lese ich sehr gerne und spiele gerne Tischtennis (es gibt direkt 2 Platten vor dem Wohnheim)
Ich, Marina, studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften, spreche als zweite Muttersprache Spanisch, begeistere mich für Tanz (tanze selber Ballett) und Musik. Ich singe sehr gerne, also wenn du dich auch fürs Singen interessierst, kann man ja mal ein Duo machen ;). Außerdem höre ich alles von Jazz bis Techno (außer Rock und Punk vielleicht).
Sport macht mir auch viel Spaß, vorallem Badminton, Tischtennis und Pilates. Zudem bin ich Vegetarierin.
Wir sind beide Sprach- und Kulturbegeistert und freuen uns auf gemeinsame Koch- und Spieleabende mit dir :)
Außerdem gehen wir gerne feiern 🎉
Marina hat einen Kicker in ihrem Zimmer stehen, wodurch auch manchmal Stadionfeeling aufkommt.
APARTMENT LIFE
We are Sebastián and Marina, 19 and 20 years old and enjoying the student life.
I am Sebastián, I study in the Studienkolleg of Leipzig University, come from México and I came to Germany 8 months ago. I enjoy music and play the piano. Besides I like to sing, not only under the shower. I also like to read and to play table tennis (there are two tables in front of the student residence).
I am Marina, I study economics, speak Spanish as my second mother tongue, am enthusiastic about dance (I dance ballet myself) and music. I love to sing, so if you are also interested in singing, we can do a duo ;). I also listen to everything from jazz to techno (except maybe rock and punk).
Furthermore, I enjoy sports, especially badminton, table tennis and pilates. Besides I am vegetarian.
We are both language and culture enthusiasts and look forward to cook and play games with you, if you want to :)
Besides we like to go out 🎉
Marina also has a football table in her room, which creates a stadium feeling.
