Ich bin Svenja und ziehe im Juli aus meinem Studentenwohnheimzimmer aus, deshalb suche ich eine Nachmieterin! Das Zimmer ist 14,5 qm groß, was erstmal nicht viel klingt, aber völlig ausreichend ist, weil der Raum gut geschnitten ist. Zwei große Fenster sorgen außerdem dafür, dass der Raum sehr hell erscheint. Zwar sieht das Wohnheim von außen erstmal nicht allzu schön aus, aber die Zimmer wurden vor kurzem alle neu renoviert und da ich erst seit etwa einem halben Jahr hier wohne, ist alles noch schön erhalten.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbiliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch, einer kleinen Kommode, einem großen Regal und einem Bett - es ist also schon alles nötige vorhanden! :)
Mit deiner Mitbewohnerin teilst du dir ein Badezimmer und eine Küche, in der viel Stauraum vorhanden ist und die mit Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Miniofen, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank usw. ausgestattet ist.
Im Wohnheim sind außerdem noch Gemeinschaftsräume mit größeren Küchen vorhanden. Im Keller kannst du deine Wäsche waschen und trocknen.

I'm Svenja and I'm moving out of my dorm room in July, so I'm looking for a new tenant! The room is 14.5 square meters, which does not sound much at first, but is quite sufficient, because the room is well cut. Two large windows also ensure that the room appears very bright. Although the dorm doesn't look too nice from the outside, the rooms were all recently renovated and since I've only been living here for about half a year, everything is still nicely maintained.
The room is fully furnished with a closet, a desk, a small chest of drawers, a large shelf and a bed - so everything necessary is already there! :)
With your roommate you share a bathroom and a kitchen, which has a lot of storage space and is equipped with hotplates, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, fridge with freezer, etc.. In the dorm you can also find bigger kitchens. In the basement you can wash and dry your laundry.
Die Lage ist super zentral! Das Wohnheim ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Tram- und Bus-Haltestelle "Deutsche Nationalbibliothek" entfernt. Mit der Tram bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten an der Uni und auch in die Südvorstadt, den Westen (z.B. Karl-Heine Straße) oder den Osten brauchst du nicht lange.
In Leipzig empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrrad anzuschaffen: Gefühlt brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad nie länger als 10 Minuten irgendwohin :D
Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt ist außerdem ein rießiger REWE, Aldi, DM sowie eine Poststelle sind aber auch nicht weit. Direkt neben dem Wohnheim ist außerdem der Friedenspark, wo du super joggen, spaziergehen oder schöne Nachmittage mit Freunden verbringen kannst.

The location is super central! The dormitory is only a few minutes away from the tram and bus stop "Deutsche Nationalbibliothek". With the tram you are at the university within 10 minutes and it also doesn't take long to get to the Südvorstadt, the west (e.g. Karl-Heine Straße) or the east.
In Leipzig it is advisable to buy a bicycle: It feels like you never need more than 10 minutes to get anywhere by bike :D
About 5 minutes away is a huge REWE, Aldi, DM and a post office are also not far away. Right next to the dormitory is the Friedenspark, where you can jog, walk or spend nice afternoons with friends.
Du wirst mit Lisa zusammen wohnen. Sie ist 21, studiert Sozialpädagogik und kommt aus Brandenburg. Lisa ist eine sehr unkomplizierte, ruhige und liebe Mitbewohnerin, die dich sicherlich freundlich empfangen wird :)
Im Keller des Wohnheims befindet sich außerdem ein Studentenclub, wo du andere Leute kennenlernen kannst. Aber mach dir keine Sorgen, dass es dadurch lauter werden könnte. Man bekommt davon und auch von den anderen WGs eigentlich gar keine Geräusche mit.

You will live together with Lisa. She is 21, studies social pedagogy and comes from Brandenburg. Lisa is a very uncomplicated, quiet and nice roommate, who will surely welcome you friendly :)
There is also a student club in the basement of the dorm where you can meet other people. But don't worry that it might get louder because of that. You won't hear any noise from it or from the other flatmates.
Um in dem Zimmer wohnen zu können, musst du immatrikulierte Studentin sein! :)
Internet ist in dem Wohnheim inklusive, du brauchst bloß einen bestimmten Router, den ich dir schenken würde.
