Ich ziehe aus und suche nach einem/r NachmieterIn.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön hell und groß und führt zum Balkon. Kleiderschrank und extra Gardinen Garnituren können gerne übernommen werden!

Die 3- Zimmer Wg ist super gelegen. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Edeka. Zum Roßplatz braucht man fünf, zum Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz sieben und zum Augustusplatz 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Meine zwei Wg-Mitbewohner sind entspannt und man kann gut sich super mit ihnen unterhalten. Mit meinem einen Bewohner spiele ich ab und zu auch gerne mal eine Schachpartie. Ansonsten hat man oft seine Ruhe und wenn es ein Problem gibt sind beide sehr offen dies zu bequatschen:)
