ich suche einen Nachmieter/-in für mein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im Studentenwohnheim (Mainzer Straße). Ab wann? Voraussichtlich Mitte April (flexibel).
Die kleine, aber gemütliche Wohnung gewährt eine tolle Aussicht über die Dächer der Stadt bis hin zur Arena und dem Stadion. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Internet- und TV-Anschluss). In der Küche befinden sich ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie Schränke und ein Kühlschrank. Die Miete beträgt 230€ (Strom, Wasser, Internet inklusive). In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Parkanlagen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Sportplatz, die Mensa am Elsterbecken und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Marschnerstraße.
