Wir bieten ein schönes Zimmer in unserer Wohnung zur flexiblen Kurzzeitmiete an, darunter auch über die EM-Spiele in Leipzig. Die RB-Arena, das Stadion und die Innenstadt sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Ebenfalls Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
Nutzung: Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Schlafsofa ausgestattet, auf zwei Personen schlafen können. WLAN, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad ist ebenfalls inklusive.
Zeitraum: Wir sind bislang flexibel was die genauen Buchungstage betrifft und können dies gern gemeinsam besprechen.
Wir werden ebenfalls in der Wohnung sein, weshalb wir von Veranstaltungen in der Wohnung absehen möchten. Es ist aber genug Platz, sich entspannt zurückzuziehen. Da es sich vorwiegend um ein Familienhaus handelt und wir in der Regel früh aufstehen müssen, ist für uns ein respektvoller und rücksichtsvoller Umgang sehr wichtig. Dies beinhaltet auch die Einhaltung der Ruhezeiten.
Preis: 60 Euro pro Nacht pro Person, 80 Euro pro Nacht für zwei Personen. Zusätzlich 100 Euro Kaution, die es am selben Tag des Verlassens der Wohnung zurückgibt.

We offer a lovely room in our apartment in the center of Leipzig for flexible short-term rental, e.g. during concerts and the European Championship. The Red Bull Arena and the concert hall are right around the corner. This is a smoke-free apartment.
Location: Our home is situated in a central area, just minutes away from public transportation, downtown, and parks. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also conveniently within walking distance.
The room is equipped with a large sofa bed accommodating two people. Wi-Fi, bedshets, and towels are provided. The shared spaces such as kitchen and bathroom are also available for use.
We are currently flexible regarding the exact booking dates and can discuss this together.
We will also be present in the apartment during your stay, therefore we prefer to refrain from hosting events in the apartment. However, there is plenty of space to relax comfortably. Since this is primarily a family house and we have to get up early, it is very important for us to have a respectful and considerate environment. This also includes adhering to quiet hours as the apartment walls aren’t as thick.
Price: 60 Euros per night per person and 80 Euro per night for two person. Additional 100 Euro deposit in advance, which will be refunded on the same day of leaving the apartment.

Insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt: Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Smoothiemaker und, ganz wichtig, einem Geschirrspüler. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
