ONLY SHORT TERM SUBLEASE (for English see below)
Aufgrund von einem Auslandssemester stelle ich mein Zimmer für Zwischenmiete zwischen September und Ende Dezember (wobei wir die genauen Daten flexibler bestimmen können, es kann auch z.B Mitte September bis Anfang Januar sein).
In der Miete (410€) sind alle möglichen Nebenkosten eingeschlossen, wie z.B Internet (WLAN+LAN-Anschlüss) und der GEZ-Beitrag.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell (blickt auf Süd) und voll möbliert. Da gibt es ein großes komfortables Bett, einen Schreibtisch mit einem Bürostuhl, 3 kleine Schränke und einen Großen. Ein Bettwäsche-Set stelle ich auch zur Verfügung.
Due to a semester abroad, I'm renting my room between September and the end of December (although we can flexibly determine the exact dates, it can also be e.g. mid-September to the beginning of January).
The rent (€410) includes all possible ancillary costs, such as Internet (WLAN+LAN connections) and the GEZ-Beitrag.
The room is large, bright (facing south) and fully furnished. There is a comfortable bed, a desk, an office chair and 2 normal ones, 3 small closets and a large one. I also provide a bed linen set.
Die WG liegt in einer super Lage, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt und mehrere Straßenbahnlinien. Die Straße ist ruhig (keine Fahrstraße) und hat mehrere Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. In einer Minute gibt es einen Norma Supermarkt und in vier - einen Rewe und einen Konsum. In 5 min zu Fuß ist auch der Johannapark.
Die Universität ist auch nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
The WG is in an amazing location, the city center and several tram lines can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The street is quiet (no driveway) and has several cafes, restaurants and bars. In one minute there is a Norma supermarket, and in four minutes another two (Rewe and Konsum). Johannapark is also a 5-minute walk away. The university main campus is very near too - only 10 minutes on foot.
In der WG gibt es alles, was man braucht - in der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Im Badezimmer gibt es ein schönes Bad und eine Waschmaschine.
Die zwei Mitbewohner, ein Programmierer und ein Doktor, sind sehr ruhig und nett.
In the flatshare there is everything you need - in the kitchen there is an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. In the bathroom there is a nice bath and a washing machine. The two roommates, a programmer and a doctor, are very calm and nice
