I (Theresa) rent my room from August to the end of December as I make a semester abroad. You'd live with Feli in time. She is 24 and studied in Halle (Saale). This means that she is usually in hall for four days a week, but still has enough time for a joint evening on the couch or other companies. Hard Wg rituals we don't have, rather after the motto everything can and nothing has to. (Anm. Feli: Mainly not a pure purpose WG :))

Your room:

Your room is bright and friendly, overlooking the Reichsstraße. It has a spacious cut with large windows. It is fully furnished.

The walls are made of concrete and the floor is made of vinyl. The cheap rent is mainly due to the socially oriented landlord (LWB). In case of problems, you can always contact the administration and get feedback quickly.

Bathroom & kitchen:

The bathroom is relatively small but functional with toilet, washbasin and shower.

The kitchen is also small, but it offers enough storage space for two people. In addition, we have a superb Samsung refrigerator available on eBay.

There is also a storage room which can also be used as a dining room.

All rooms are accessible via the hallway.

Zuallererst: Wir haben einen Aufzug! Niemand muss hier Einkäufe in die fünfte Etage schleppen!

Dein Zimmer:

Dein Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, mit Blick auf die Reichsstraße. Es hat einen geräumigen Schnitt mit großen Fenstern. Es ist komplett möbliert.

Die Wände sind aus Beton und der Boden ist aus Vinyl. Die günstige Miete liegt vor allem an dem sozial orientierten Vermieter (LWB). Bei Problemen kann man sich immer an die Verwaltung wenden und bekommt schnell Rückmeldung.

Bad & Küche:

Das Bad ist relativ klein, aber funktional mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche.

Die Küche ist ebenfalls klein, aber sie bietet genug Stauraum für zwei Personen. Außerdem haben wir einen mega tollen Samsung Kühlschrank bei eBay ergattern können.

Des Weiteren gibt es noch einen Abstellraum, der auch als Esszimmer genutzt werden kann.

Alle Zimmer sind über den Flur erreichbar.

5 Minuten zum Hbf

2 Minuten zum Markt

Ideale Anbindung auch zum Pendeln nach Halle (Saale) und in den Rest der Stadt

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Lidl, Aldi, Penny und Rewe in Lauf Nähe.
