Da ich für ein paar Monaten ins Ausland möchte, würde ich dir gern jemanden mein Zimmer überlassen.
Es ist schön groß und komplett mit allen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Ein 1;40 Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode.... Alles, was man, braucht. Ein tolles E-Piano.
Wir haben einen Balkon und ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne getrennt.
In den Kosten ist alles drin, wenn du möchtest, kannst du in der Zeit auch mein Fahrrad benutzen :)
Die Lage ist einfach krank. Zentrum ist wirklich nur 2 Min entfernt. Vom Augustusplatz kommt man überall hin, ohne umzusteigen.
Meine zwei tollen Mitbewohner, Pedro und Mo, werden dich herzlich aufnehmen.
Wir haben ein sehr freundschaftlichen Umgang. Beide freuen sich neue Leute kennen zu lernen.
Das einzige Manko sind zwei Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ihr könnt das Zimmer gern Besichtigen oder wir machen ein Skype Gespräch aus, dass ihr meine Mitbewohner auch kennenlernt. :)
