Hallo !
Ich verlasse meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Leipzig wegen Arbeit. Die besteht auf zwei Zimmer, ein Großes und ein kleineres, eine Küche (Kühlschrank, Ofen, Kochplatte), ein Badzimmer (WC+ Badewanne) und einen Waschmachine/Abstellraum.
Die Wohnung war vorher eine WG, kann man dann auch die so mieten.
Die liegt im EG und ist immer hell am Tag (wenn es Sonne gibt...). Auf der anderen Straßenseiten befindet sich Bürogebäude, in den sieht man kaum jemanden, und da die Wohnung auch ziemlich erhöht vom Gehweg liegt, fühlt sich die sehr privat an.
Ich bin selbst Klassikermusiker und habe immer zu Hause ohne Problem geübt. Ich habe auch die Nachbarn kaum gehört.
Miete ist 640€ + Internet + Strom
Die Wohnung liegt eine Straße von Augustusplatz und man findet dort alles : Edeka, DM, Rossmann... Das Uniklinikum und die HBF sind auch sehr nah.
Am besten würde ich gern alle meine Möbel verkaufen.
