Hallo Ihr Lieben,
ich vermiete mein Wohnzimmer, welches mit einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet ist, einem kleinen Schrank, Sekretär und einem Sessel.
Ich bin vermutlich sehr viel unterwegs, aber wenn ich da bin, würde ich mir ein offenes, schönes miteinander wünschen, wenn ich nicht da bin hast du eine Wohnung für dich :)
Da ich Momenten leider noch nicht sagen kann wie lange das Zimmer zur verfügung steht, würde ich gerne erstmal ein Monat machen mit eventueller Verlängerung bis zu 3 Monaten.
Ich lebe hier mit meiner sehr lieben Hündin zusammen, die aber ab und an bellt wenn besuch kommt, damit solltest du okey sein.
zudem ernähre ich mich selber vegetarisch/vegan und möchte nicht das in der Wohnung Fleisch oder fisch zubereitet oder gegessen wird. (ausser Naemy-die Hündin)
Leider kann ich Dir kein Mietvertrag und keine Anmeldung auf die Wohnung anbieten und es ist auch nur für 1 Monat erstmal.

I rent my living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed, a small closet, secretary and an armchair.
I'm probably on the road a lot, but when I'm there, I would wish for an open, nice togetherness.
Since I can't say at the moment how long the room will be available, I would like to do a month with a possible extension of up to 3 months.
I live here with my very lovely dog, but she barks every now and then when visitors come, so you should be ok with that.
I also feed myself vegetarian/vegan and do not want meat or fish to be prepared or eaten in the apartment. (except Naemy-the bitch)
Unfortunately I can't offer you a rental contract and no registration for the apartment and it's only intended for 1-3 months.
