Suche heimelige, gemeinschaftliche WG ohne Chaos, unmöbliert//Looking for friendly, cozy WG

Hi!
Ich bin Arina (sie/ihr), 26 Jahre alt und möchte zum 1.März oder April umziehen. Ich wohne aktuell schon im Leipziger Osten, habe aber leider eine WG erwischt, in der ich mit den Gepflogenheiten einiger Leute nicht klar komme. Daher bin ich nun wieder auf der Suche.
Weil ich mein soziales Umfeld in Leipzig Ost habe, ist es mir wichtig, hier zu bleiben.
Ich wünsche mir eine WG mit Menschen, die Lust haben auf Gemeinschaft.
Mir ist es wichtig, gemeinsam genutzte Räume ordentlich zu halten und Verantwortung zu teilen. Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen ohne Putzplan gemacht, wenn man kommuniziert und einen Konsens findet, fände Putzplan aber auch völlig ok. Ich teile gern Lebensmittel, das ist aber kein Muss für mich. Ich esse alles, aber verzichte zuhause gern auf Fleischprodukte.

Zu mir: Ich mache Theater und arbeite freischaffend. Ab und zu bin ich auch mal ein paar Tage unterwegs in anderen Städten. Zuhause mag ich es entspannt, aber auch nicht mucksmäuschenstill. Ich mag es auch mal Besuch zu haben. Es sollte ein Rückzugsort zum Wohlfühlen sein. Von 2er bis 7er WG habe ich schon verschiedenes durch und bin offen.
Ich habe keine Toleranz für jegliche -ismen und erwarte das auch von den Menschen, mit denen ich Wohnraum teile. Ich spreche Deutsch und Englisch fließend und ganz wenig Französisch.

Ich bin Raucherin. Es wäre schön, wenn es einen Balkon oder Küche als designierten Rauchspot gibt, ansonsten würde ich auch mal in meinem Zimmer am Fenster rauchen.
Ich komme nicht gut damit klar, mit Leuten zusammen zu wohnen, die ein Suchtproblem mit Alkohol o.Ä. haben und keinen gesunden Umgang damit finden.
Ich habe kein Problem mit Haustieren oder Kindern.

Ich freu mich, wenn ihr denkt es könnte passen und mir schreibt. Ich bin zeitlich flexibel was Kennenlernen angeht, aber bin vom 26.1. bis 3. oder 4.2. nicht in Leipzig.

Hi, my name is Arina (26y/o pronouns she/her) and am looking for a new room in a flatshare from March or April on.
I already live in Leipzig East but am not happy in my current place because I dont get along with some behaviours.
I am happy to stay in Leipzig East because I have my social life here and also work here sometimes. I wish to live in a WG with people who enjoy living together, like to eat spontaneousley sometimes etc.
It's important for me to keep communal spaces in the flat tidy and to share tasks. I dont think a cleaning schedule is necessary if communication is practiced and each person feels responsible for the space they use. (But of course I would adapt to an existing, funtioning cleaning schedule.)
I would be happy to share some food but it's also fine if we dont. I am not vegetarian or vegan but I am not consuming meat at home and would be fine to continue to do so.

A bit about myself: I work freelance in theatre. Sometimes I am away from home for a few days (inregullarily). Home for me needs to be a place of safety, to relax, to have a good time, to recharge. But i am also a social person and like to invite friends over sometimes. I've been in WGs of different sizes (from 2 to 7 people) and am pretty much open to any size.
I don't tolerate any discriminatory behaviour in my living space and expect the same from the people I live with. I speak German and English fluently and a tiny bit French.

I am a smoker, and it would be nice if there's a designated spot where nobody's bothered (i.e. balcony/kitchen), otherwise I would smoke on my window in my room now and then.

I learned a cannot bear to live with someone with serious addiction battles/behaviours.
I am fine living with animals or children.

I'm excited to hear from you and get to know you maybe. I'm pretty flexible with my time but I will be out of town from the 26th January to 3rd or 4th Feb.
