Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer netten WG (Haustiere erlaubt)

Hallo! Mein Name ist Brescia, ich komme aus Peru (Südamerika) und bin nach Deutschland gekommen, um mein Studium der Physik zu beginnen. Ich lebe jetzt seit 1.5 Jahre hier und bin in meinem vierten Semester Physik. Mein Studium dauert 4 Jahre und ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung im Zentrum von Leipzig (Zentrum-süd und Umgebung vorzugsweise wie Reudnitz), bis ich mein Studium etwa 2 Jahren und eine Hälfte zu beenden. Ich spreche perfekt Englisch und Spanisch, aber ich muss mein Deutsch noch verbessern. Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, habe aber schon fast zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einer WG.

Über mich: Ich koche gerne, vor allem peruanische Gerichte und Suppen (nich vegan). Ich bin ein bisschen introvertiert, aber ich gehe auch gerne ein paar Mal im Jahr auf Partys und treffe meine Freunde. Außerdem tanze ich gerne (deshalb hat mir mein Freund JustDance gekauft, haha) und lese. Ich rauche nicht (ich habe Asthma, seit ich klein war) und trinke nur zu besonderen Anlässen (meistens zum Feiern). Die meiste Zeit des Tages verbringe ich in meinem Zimmer, an der Uni oder bei der Arbeit. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Videospiele, besichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten und treffe mich mit Freunden. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, so möchte ich, dass jeder seinen Teil dazu beiträgt und in Harmonie lebt, Ich bin eine saubere Person, die Ordnung mag, aber ich bin nicht obsessiv über Sauberkeit entweder haha, so lange eine Vereinbarung erreicht ist und es gibt eine gute Kommunikation, alles ist gut. Ich kann sehr flexibel sein, was den Umzugstermin angeht, egal ob ab sofort, im Juni oder Juli, aber es muss im Voraus geplant werden. Etwas sehr wichtig für mich ist, dass Haustiere in der Wohnung akzeptiert werden, wie ich über die Annahme eines Welpen (sehr kleine Rasse wie Pekingese), weil mein Land habe ich mit 3 Hunden gelebt, seit ich ein Kind war, so bin ich sehr interessiert an Haustieren gedacht. Was den Hund betrifft, so wird es ein kleiner Hund sein, der von mir ausgebildet wird und ungefähr Mitte Oktober ankommen wird. Ich bin auch glücklich mit Katzen, da ich keine Allergien habe und ich mag Tiere sehr viel.
Zu wissen, dass du alles gelesen hast, WG Hund an den Anfang zu stellen, und ist für mich wichtig, um eine Gemeinschaft zu bilden und miteinander auszukommen.

Hello! My name is Brescia, I'm from Peru (South America) and I came to Germany to start my studies in physics (Bachelor). I have been living here for a year and a half now and I am in my fourth semester of physics. My studies last 4 years and I am looking for an apartment in the center of Leipzig (center-south and surroundings preferably like Reudnitz) until I finish my studies about 2 years and a half. I speak perfect English and Spanish but I still need to improve my German, I am 20 years old but I already have almost two years experience in a shared flat.

About me: I like to cook, especially Peruvian dishes and soups (not vegan). I'm a bit introverted, but I also like to go to parties a few times a year and meet my friends. I also like to dance (that's why my boyfriend bought me JustDance, haha) and read. I don't smoke (I've had asthma since I was little) and only drink on special occasions (usually to celebrate). I spend most of the day in my room, at university or at work. In my free time I like to play video games, go sightseeing and meet up with friends. As for cleanliness, I want everyone to do their part and live in harmony, I am a clean person who likes order but I am not obsessive about cleanliness either haha, as long as an agreement is reached and there is good communication, all is good. I can be very flexible about moving dates, whether it's asap, June or July , but it needs to be planned in advance. Something very important for me is that pets are accepted in the apartment, as I am thinking about adopting a puppy (very small breed like Pekingese) because in my country I have lived with 3 dogs since I was a kid, so I am very interested in pets. As for the puppy, it will be a small dog that will be trained by me and will arrive around mid-October. I am also happy with cats as I have no allergies and I like animals a lot.
