Hallo,
ich suche für meinen Neffen Alejandro aus Guatemala, 20 Jahre alt ein WG-Zimmer.
Ab Anfang Januar wird er seine Studienvorbereitung (Sprachkurs, Studienkolleg etc.) in Leipzig beginnen. Er ist ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Typ, spricht spanisch (Muttersprache), englisch und etwas deutsch.
Er war bereits ein paar Mal in Deutschland und hat bei mir bei Bedarf auch einen Anlaufpunkt in Leipzig.
Über Angebote in Zentrumsnähe / ÖPNV-Nähe würde ich mich sehr freuen.
Max. Warm-Miete im Bereich von 200-250 Euro wäre super.
