Heyy, ich suche einen WG Mitbewohner für eine Wohnung im schönen Plagwitz. Ich studiere in Leipzig Lehramt auf Russisch und Physik, spiele Fussball und trainiere eine Kindermannschaft.
Zum Wohnen: Die Zimmer sind möbliert, werden aber vom Vormieter ausgeräumt. Küche, Lampen, Jalousien werden drinnen bleiben. Die Zimmer sind nahezu identisch groß. Wenn du die Tür aus deinem Zimmer öffnest, kommst du im die offene Küche, von wo aus du direkt auf den Balkon gehen kannst. Hier findest du den Innenhof:).
Warmmiete: 325€/monatlich.
+ Hälfte Wlan/Strom/GEZ.
