Ich vermiete für August und September mein Zimmer in Reudnitz unter!
Es ist 19qm groß und die Fenster zeigen zur Südseite, weshalb es schön hell ist. Da die Wohnung im ersten Stock liegt, wird es trotzdem nicht allzu heiß. Es geht zur Straße hinaus, diese ist allerdings sehr ruhig, vor allem nachts hört man kaum etwas von draußen.
Es ist für die gesamten beiden Monate frei, der Zeitraum kann aber auch ein wenig variiert werden.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer mit einem Regal, einer Kleiderstange, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Teppich und Lampe darin. Meine persönlichen nehme ich mit, du kannst dich ansonsten also voll ausbreiten. Wenn du eigene Möbel hast, kann ich das Zimmer auch ganz leer räumen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, zwei weitere Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche, die zum gemeinsamen Zeitvertreib einlädt. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus.
In den 355€ sind Strom, Internet, GEZ und alles drum und dran bereits enthalten.
The room is 19sqm and the windows are facing south, which means there is a lot of light coming in. But since the apartment is on the first floor, it doesn’t get too hot in there. The room is facing towards the street, but it is a very quiet area and especially during the night you rarely ever hear anything from outside.
It's available for August and September, but the exact dates can be varied a little bit if you want.
I can leave a shelf, a clothes rail, the bed, desk and chair, a rug and lamps inside. I took all my personal belongings with me, so you'll have a lot of space for your stuff. If you want to bring your own furniture, I can also leave the room completely empty.
The flat has two bathrooms, two more bedrooms and a big kitchen that is really nice for spending time with the others! Behind the house there is a shared garden.
The price is 355€ all bills like internet, electricity and heating already included.
In der Umgebung der Wohnung mitten in Reudnitz findest du alles, was du zum Leben in Leipzig brauchst: Kaufland, Penny und verschiedene Spätis sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, genau wie der Lene-Park und reudnitzer Park. Außerdem gibt es viele Bars und Cafés in der Nähe. Ins Zentrum braucht es mit dem Fahrrad weniger als 10 Minuten, Bahn und Busse fahren quasi direkt vor der Haustür in fast alle Richtungen.
In the area of the flat in Reudnitz you can find everything you need for living in Leipzig: two different supermarkets and several kiosks as well as parks, bars and cafés are only a few minutes walking distance away. It takes you less than 10 minutes to reach the city center if you cycle, the tram and different buses leave in almost all directions only two minutes away from the flat.
Du wirst mit zwei weiteren Menschen die Wohnung teilen.
Zum einen ist das Lasse, 23, Pronomen er/ihm. Lasse wohnt bereits seit 3 Jahren in der wg und studiert Jura, hat sich dieses Semester allerdings ein bisschen frei genommen und muss deshalb nicht so viel in die Uni. Er kocht gerne und verbringt seine Freizeit ansonsten meistens damit, mit Friends unterwegs zu sein.
Da wir die wg zum 01.10. auflösen, ist Lasse gerade auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zimmer, wie es aussieht wohnt er aber erstmal noch ein bisschen dort.
Zum anderen wirst du zusammenwohnen mit Jule, Pronomen sie/ihr. Jule ist selber erst um Juli zur Zwischenmiete hier eingezogen und bleibt mindestens bis Ende August, vielleicht auch noch ein bisschen länger. In Leipzig wohnt sie seit einem knappen Jahr. Sie arbeitet gerade an ihrer BA-Arbeit und ist ansonsten sehr unternehmungslustig. Sie würde sich freuen, wenn sich das wg-Leben gemeinschaftlich gestaltet und ihr gelegentlich gemeinsam Dinge unternehmt.
Alle beide sind sehr offene und herzliche Menschen und das Zusammenleben mit ihnen hat mir immer viel Freude bereitet ;)
Die Wohnung soll auf jeden Fall ein sicherer Ort und so gut es geht frei von Rassissmus, Sexismus, Klassismus etc. bleiben, bitte keine Cops oder Nazis!
You will share the apartment with two more people.
Lasse, 23, pronouns he/him, has been living in the apartment for three years now. He studies law, but is currently taking a semester off, so he does not have to go to university too much. He likes to cook and spends most of his freetime going somewhere with his friends.
We will all move out of the flatshare in October, so Lasse is currently looking for a new place, but for now it looks like he will live with you for some more time.
Jule, pronouns she/her, has just recently moved in herself, and will stay at least until the end of August, perhaps even longer. She has been living in Leipzig for almost a year now. Jule is currently working on her BA-thesis, other than that she is very active and would be very happy to do things together as a flatshare.
Both of them are very open and funny, I really enjoyed living with them ;)
We want the flat to be a safe space and as far as possible free from racism, sexism, classism ect., no cops or nazis please!
