Hello, One room in my flat is free for three months. (October - December)
The flat is in a renovated old building and has beautiful wooden floor. In the bathroom we've got a shower and bathtub and everything still looks pretty new. We’ve also got two tiny storerooms in the flat.
Location
Our flat is right at the Lindenauer Markt. You can check through the window, when the next tram is coming and it’ll only take you 15 minutes to get to the main train station by tram. Very close by is the Palmengarten and Clara-Zetkin-Park which are very nice for walks. You can also walk to the Kanal and the Karl-Heine-Straße in 10 minutes.
At Lindenauer Markt you can find a few restaurants, bakeries and DM. Also grocery stores like Kaufland and Konsum are right around the corner.
You’ll share the flat with me(31). I’m currently studying painting at Hgb. The atmosphere of the flat has been relaxed, cozy and lovely. I’d love to keep it that way.☕️🍷 I can speak a little bit of german but preferably speak english. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.:)
