Hey, ich suche für mein WG-Zimmer eine Nachmieterin. Da die Wohnung ab Juli 2024 renoviert wird, leider nur befristet, aber unmöbliert. Die WG befindet sich in Schleußig, es gibt eine gute Anbindung zur Linie 2 und 3 Richtung Innenstadt, sowie Bus 60 und 74.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der rechten Seite. Das Zimmer liegt aber im Hinterhof und man hört die laute Straße nicht.
Es wohnen bereits 2 Frauen in der WG, Hanna ist 20 ubd absolviert ein FSJ in Leipzig ubd Alma studiert Veterinärmedizin hier.
Katzen sibd erlaubt.
