Hallo liebe Menschen,
Wir haben ein freies Zimmer zur Zeit, das wir im Juni vermieten wollen. Es ist gut gelegen in Connewitz in der Nähe vom Connewitzer Kreuz und somit gut vernetzt. Wir sind eine WG von derzeit 4 Menschen. Ein Zimmer ist gerade frei da unser neuer Mitbewohner erst in 2 Monaten einzieht. Das Zimmer ist so eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, also mit Kommode, Bett, Kleiderstange etc.
Es wird zum Juli auch ein anderes Zimmer kurzfristig frei. Wenn du also länger Zeit brauchst finden wir sicher eine Lösung!
Wir haben zusätzlich 2 Balkone und einen netten Hund namens Aki :)

We have a free room at the moment that we would like to rent out to you during June. It is well located in Connewitz near the Connewitzer Kreuz and therefore well connected. We are currently a flat share of 4 people. One room is currently available as our new flatmate is not moving in for another 2 months. You can have the room! All the furniture from the photos will be there for you.
Another room will also be available at short notice in July. So if you need more time, we're sure to find a solution!
We also have 2 balconies and a nice dog called Aki.

In the South of Leipzig near close to all the linea going to the Agra (lines 11, 10, 9 and Bus line 70).
We are 3 friendly people which are used to living together. You can use all of our common areas as well, the kitchen and the two bathrooms.
