Das Zimmer ist ca 19qm groß. Das besondere an deinem eigenen großen Zimmer ist die Küche welche ausschließlich dir gehört. Es befinden sich diverse Schränke sowie eine Herdplazte in dem Zimmer
Das Bad wurde letztes Jahr komplett neu saniert.
Im Flur befindet sich dazu noch ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank.
Sehr gutes Internet (Wlan mit 100.000 Leitung) ist inklusive.
Eine Waschmaschiene ist ebenso vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Leipzig Thekla nahe an einer Bus/Bahn Haltestelle. Von hier aus benötig man nur 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Die Busse und Bahnen fahren sehr regelmäßig.
Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Badesee mit Saunalandschaft.
Supermärkte sind Fußläufig 3 Minuten entfernt.
Ich bin Max, 26 Jahre alt und Berufstätig ( sowie in einer aktuellen Weiterbildung)
In meiner Freizeit geh ich gern laufen, Rad fahren und ins Gym. Das Wochenende über bin ich meistens nicht da. Somit ist es ingesamt doch eher ruhig und keine Party WG.
